Great product, I feel much better since I started using it.

QUALITY: The “Vanilla” flavor has amazing quality and taste! I tend to take this in the mornings before drinking my coffee. I’ve tried other flavors like, Mocha, Strawberry and plain, which are also good to me. I like the Vanilla best right now because it’s light and subtle not over powering. VALUE FOR MONEY: IMHO.. Nusava, is fairly priced for what you get health-benefit wise from this amazing product. ENERGY LEVELS: My energy levels are noticeably improved and my hunger is controlled substantially whenever I take this, this was an unexpected side benefit that I have come to love and I’ve been taking Nusava daily now for over 2 years. Whenever, I’ve run out, I am very low on energy, I don’t feel like working out, I’m super hungry and my hair noticeably falls out way more than usual .. However, whenever I take this daily —and consistently —- none of that happens! I’ve even experimented with taking an extra dropper later in the day right after a heavy meal in the evening and it helps with digestion too and preventing weight gain; (I’ve personally found .. when using an additional dose occasionally for this reason.) I think I’m on my 10th bottle. Anywho this product has been the game changer. It has worked greatly on my immune system and helped with weight loss. I no longer get sick. And I’m down 40lbs since January 2025. The reason is because Vitamin D unfattens the liver. I love this product because it’s in liquid form, works, and the taste is not bad. Make sure you take this product with a magnesium glycinate. Vitamin D is the driver, magnesium glycinate is the car. Which enhances this product even more.

I have very low vitamin D levels seems for years. I have had to have a prescription of the highest dosage thats how bad I get. I get down to a 3 is how bad I get. I am drained of my energy,skin even gets brittle and dry. I have had this problem since mid 30s, I am female. So 8 years later still same seems this can cause health problems later in life when not detected which I now have and idk if this has to do with that but it is known to cause it. I bought this because I found out to help “absorb” vitamin we need the K vitamins. Too much vitamin D can also cause health problems also, and that is why they say consult your doctor first. So I am in need and capsules,pills can take longer to take effect. I bought the pineapple flavor and it has a tiny hint of taste but mostly it is oily which is a little tiny bit yucky but it is definitely doable. I have no prblem just taking it, I do like to have something to drink after. I bought these waiting for my prescription “another like always”. So I took them for 10 days. I had a little more energy but not a whole lot just felt more vibrant 5 days later ( I may had need for a higher dosage of D like I stated I was at 3. Also; sorry maybe TMI but for me it also gave me diarrhea, no stomach pain at all just having to go! Usually I cannot go so its not a bad thing we should be going. So I’m not sure its helping my gut but I would like to think it did because I didn’t feel as bloated anymore. I alternate it with my prescription now to get the K2/omega3/MCT. Everyone is different and I can definitely say on the pineapple flavor it is not so so strong of a pineapple taste but a hint. Its more oily than flavored. If you have ever tasted olive oil and it didnt make you sick you would probably be fine and a little fruity hint of the pineapple you ahould be good. Might want to have aomething to drink just to get the oil out your mouth. I cannot say if my vitamin D went up with this product due to I had such a low level and I had to have that 50,000 IU script. I felt I had to take them to get at least something for my health as it was needed.

Works great! Mixes easily into my coffee or green foods drink. Didn’t care for the Mocha flavor so I switched to vanilla. Consistent use of this and I have reached a “ Sufficient “ status on my blood work for Vitamin D. I have been working on this for years and this product helped me get to the finish line faster! I still take almost daily. Highly recommend!

I read that it tasted awful but I found the taste to be fine, you can also put the drops in your drink. I’ve been using it daily for a week now.

Overall I think the vitamins are pretty good. I started taking them to help with back pain and it feels like they are working. I just don’t like the taste.

I don't know how much it helped as i had not tested my vitamin D3 level. However, my mood swings started stabilizing and I feel energetic..maybe because of the regained vitamin D3 level. Although, i wish they come up with 10000 IU instead.
