Solar panel globe 13cm (japan import)

I just received it a few minutes ago. Great thing is it works on house lights as well. So when the sun sets the earth would rotate in the nighttime. In good slow speed. I would have rated this product 5 or 4.5 but 1 less because it rotates from left to right and then after few minutes it rotates right to left. Don't know why thats happening. I've put it on my desk. Now I hope it has a long life.Writing this sentence after few minutes and figured it rotated continuously from left to right. Maybe the problem is solved. But I can't say for sure as let me see for few more days.
