Perfect fit
My feet have hurt every day of my life for 30+ years and I’m not exaggerating. I had to try these out because it can’t get any worse. These are REALLY good. They help with foot pain throughout the day. There’s great ankle support also. They’re very easy to use, not too tight, not too loose, just right. I don’t see any lines or indentions when I take them off. Very comfortable under regular socks. I can move around freely and without as much pain. Highly recommend.

Supports achy ankles and fits well in sneakers.
These socks are a lifesaver for my achy ankle. They are comfy and I double up for more support on days my ankle is really sore. They allow me to wear my sneakers with no issues. The fabric is sturdy, the colors are basic. I wear a thin sock over these. These are one size and are not adjustable.

Important Tip: Make Sure to Wear Them the Right Way!”
I just received the socks and wore them for the first time today. Right away, I noticed the pain increased, and it felt like my blood flow was being restricted. After checking the image of the socks, I realized that the issue was due to user error. It appears that I had put them on with the slightly curved side on my ankle, but after reviewing the included images more carefully, I found this was incorrect. At first, I was confused because it felt like my foot was being squeezed. I was considering returning them, but then I took a closer look at the sock and decided to reverse it—placing the slightly curved side on my foot and the non-curved side on my ankle, as you would with a regular sock. That solved the issue! The pain and tightness went away. The reason for my four-star rating is that, according to the ad images, it seems like you’re supposed to wear them with the curved side on your ankle, which isn’t the case. If you wear them the wrong way, it can cause tightness, especially if you have wider feet. I purchased a men’s size large. So, just make sure to reverse the sock and wear it like a normal sock.

Overnight gamechanger for plantar fasciitis!
Recently had a really bad flare-up of plantar fasciitis that was bad enough that I could barely limp to the bathroom in the morning because those first steps of the day were so excruciating. Tried various things which only sort of helped then ordered these and wore them during the day under my normal socks then left these on overnight. Got up in the morning and - no limping!! The pain dropped by like 80% in just that one night! However, having used them for at least a week or so now, I will say that there are times when they get to feeling a little too tight and I have to give my feet a break. I wear size 11 shoes and so at first, I went with the size 8-10.5 pair which was pretty snug but produced the excellent results above. Later ordered a size 11-13 which was not as tight but still fit and still gives some decent compression. Now, as I'm giving my feet time to finish healing, I'll wear these overnight still, remove them for showering and put on a new pair but then leave them off for a while in the evening to give my feet a break before putting them back on prior to going to bed. Some nights I have had to adjust them slightly or even pull it off the foot that isn't as bad. So overall these have been a major gamechanger but not a complete cure-all (that requires adequate rest, with proper support - such as from these - and then, once enough healing takes place, strengthening to get the feet fully healthy).

Fit, Compression,Quality
With these being my first pair of socks for the plantar area, I don't know what's normal/to be expected from a good pair of these types of socks. I specifically ordered a size small -- TWO SIZES BENEATH my normal size -- because I NEED tight-fitting socks to also offer compression near the center area of my feet, though that's not necessarily the precise plantar area. However, these socks aren't offering that for ME. On the otherhand, they fit quite snugly in the area below the crevices of my toes, which is where the "band" is placed, so that's good. I also needed the toes uncovered, so that was another appeal for ordering these. I like that part, but the drawback with that is when I'm in the house, I must choose to also wear house slippers along with these because I don't like the feel of part of my bare-toes being exposed directly to the floor while the rest of my feet are covered. (I don't like walking barefoot anywhere, so this is just an observation that I hadn't considered when ordering. This "slight" just comes with these types of socks). Additionally, they are aesthetically pleasing, but in the few hours that I've been wearing them, they're already exhibiting signs of wear & tear. (That's likely normal for the friction generated by the carpet rubbing against this material, though thread is already loose at the top of the left sock. Is that because the sock is not my normal size or just a flimsy sock? I can't judge that until I try ATLEAST one size larger.) Lastly, they also seem to help diminish physical pain which is absolutely WORST at night. My rating is more like a 3.75 - almost 4 -- not 4. If I had these responses with my normal-size socks, I might be a better judge of their overall

Great product
I learned of these from my podiatrist after being charged $30 per foot!!!! These are very comfortable, helps with pain and support. You wash by hand or in the washer. The socks are labeled for each foot. Just slide on your foot as you do socks.

Helpful but not cure-all for plantar fasciitis
These compression socks are helpful with plantar fasciitis but I wouldn’t say they took all of the pain away. I have to do physical therapy and also swap out my shoe insoles for PowerStep ProTech Control othotic insoles. I appreciate that you get 6 pairs reasonably priced socks because it’s not practical to have just 1 pair. Initially, I bought 1 pair of another more expensive brand. I can’t tell the difference between these and the pricier pair. I also appreciate that this brand differentiates the compression for your right and left foot, which is important for arch support. It took me a few days to see the “L” and the “R” markers on each sock - lol! Overall, I’m very happy with these supportive socks for daytime wear. I find wearing them to sleep uncomfortable and my podiatrist agreed that I should leave them off at night.

Nice and size is right. Also price is way less expensive. I can feel the compression while using it. Helps on managing my foot pain for the whole day standing at work. I wear it before my regular socks.

Fast delivery, after a few washes the elasticity doesn’t provide the grip and skids down as you walk 👎. Not recommended- doesn’t help relieve plantar pain as listed.

For this type of support to work it must not be able to stretch. This stretches like a ladies nylon. Therefore, no support. No returns either.
