The Natural Women's Petite Petite Shoulder Pad

Exactly what I wanted. Very subtle shape enhancement for narrow shoulders, and I'd imagine shoulders with more slope than desired. I bought them to wear under kimono jackets this fall, to give loose garments a better drape and shape. That's what they accomplish for me, so I'm pleased. The strap attachment flap is a little delicate, and they won't withstand a lot of pulling, but the foam seems to catch silky fabrics pretty well and you may not need to anchor them. I'll purchase more of these, I'm sure. As noted by the maker, these will work best on smaller frames.

They are not worth the price. They DID NOT stay attached under bra straps and ripped with the first wearing. Waste

They are very thin, lightweight and feel like they could easily tear. Don't stay in place very securely. I can see that this product is a good idea that could work well in a heavier material.

These are the best shoulder pads for giving a gentle enhancement to your shoulders, thereby providing a subtle and natural filling out of the area. Clothing (tops, blouses, sweaters, and dresses) drapes better when wearing these. The saying "Look better, feel better" certainly applies to the wearing of shoulder pads for me. I have small, sloping shoulders which need a little padding in order for my body to look more proportionate. The older, obvious pads of the 80's have been replaced with these subtle ones. I have both the petite and the slimline pads. The slimline ones are the smallest, while the petite are a little larger and slightly thicker. Both are good, but the slimline gets the most use in my wardrobe. I have not had the issue of tearing of the flap because I don't use them. I just slip the pads under my bra straps and put my top on. They stay in place pretty well that way most of the time due to the texture of the foam and don't tear. Wearing them under the bra straps allows them to last for at least a few years. I wash these periodically with whatever bar hand soap is on my sink at the time and let them air dry. Occasionally cleaning them of body oils and dead skin cells will keep them smelling fresh and will also prolong the life as skin oils will degrade all foam over time. The color charges over time from a light Caucasian skin- tone to a pale to medium yellow. That's the nature of foam over time. I give these pads 5 stars and a thumbs up. Good fit.

I wanted shoulder pads that I didn’t have to sew into my clothes. Bought these because I supposedly could slide them under my bra straps using the little tab underneath the pad. I also wanted to be able to transfer them into other clothing as necessary. These shoulder pads are not good. They slide all over the place! I tried putting them on before I put on my sweater and they popped out of the neckline. I tried placing them after I put on my blouse and they still shifted around. They will not stay in place or stay secure under clothing! Will be returning and looking for something else. Do not recommend.

I like the way that shoulder pads level my shoulders and carry my clothing nicely so they look naturally "squared out" at the shoulders and drape well. They also protect my shoulders from bra strap creases and discomfort. I don't usually use the built-in flaps, since they don't hold as well as the pad being placed under the bra strap, and they're so fragile that they eventually tear off from wear, leaving a large gap in the pad's density. I've used shoulder pads of different sizes since they came back in the 1980s; but of course, these smaller ones don't bulge out to the very outmoded 80's look. They really look natural and stay in place. So glad that these are still available in the smaller sizes!

Very small and flimsy. Doesn't fit shoulder and cut piece doesn't serve a purpose. Would buy.

Whatever thing they called a hook to make it stay put doesn't work. Too lazy to get a refund and ship it back -___-

These are by far the best shoulder pads I have ever bought. Being the typical British 'pear shape' I generally need shoulder pads in my clothes to both give styles a better hang/shape and also to help even out my shoulder width against hip size. I bought the 'slimline' size as I didn't want to look like a Dynasty throwback and they are great. They just easily sit (fit) on my shoulders underneath whatever clothing I wear and they don't budge! This is great because in the past I have always had to use velcro to keep them in place or sew them in. These pads are shaped so that you can't easily tell you are wearing them, that is the curve of the shoulder pad blends nicely with the upper arm (ie no visible shoulder pad bulge). Equally they can easily be washed (with care). I would highly recommend these pads to those looking for a natural look. Since buying my first pair I have ordered more.

I was worried that these would be a throwback to the eighties but but they provide a nice neat edge for my very narrow sloping shoulder line. Very subtle while providing an extra lift to my shoulder. Much nicer than what is available at my local fabric store. Just what I need with clothing that droops past my shoulders and are so unflattering combined with a large bustline. Seem to work very with with a fitted sleeve although I purchased them to use in a dolman sleeve blouse I am sewing. I expect I will be ordering more.
