Terrible rendition of Uyghur songs in Chinese

These are supposed to be songs of Uyghurs, Uyghurs do not sing their songs in Mandarin. The Angelic Choir, however, sing it in mandarin, and with the accompaniments of non-Uyghur instruments. There is nothing authentic, nor any aesthetic about the singing on this CD.Better search for "Uyghur". You'll come across CDs such as:Arzu (Songs of the Uyghurs)Music of Xinjiang: Kazakh and Uyghur Music of Central AsiaAyshemgul Memet: The Female Voice of Uyghur Muqams and Folk SongsThese are the ones I suggest you get.
