Will one plate have indentations for the stickers, or are they slender enough not to cover the plate stickers?

They seem to partially cover your license plate stickers. I can make out the month and the year is slightly covered but since the year is color coated I don't think we will get pulled over by police. They look nice would not want to put the license plate stickers on the frame.

Are these stainless steel?

They are supposed to be but save your money as they finish tarnishs quickly and do not look good
