Gourmet 3" Spear Point Paring Knife, Black

Perfect paring knife to sharpen and holds its edge longer than Henckels.

Wonderful for those small goodies that need peeling.

I haven't sharpened it over months of weekly use. Sharp tip and blade. Attractive even after many dishwasher passes.

Feels comfortable and works well appears to be very good quality. Not cheap, but you do get what you paid for. I would recommend this. Note, this knife is SHARP!!

Nice little knife sadly it is not the same as the one I hoped was replacing (Looked the same and measurement I though was right). This one is super light weight - guess that is why it less expensive ( there is less metal - only part of the metal goes through to theend of the handle) Do be aware -- this little knife is super sharp!! Does a good job. Good price.

Very good knife. I have had mine for at least ten years. I bought this one for my sister and she loves it. Good quality, great size and long lasting sharp edge. Worth the price.

the handle was too short for my hand and didn't feel right. (For context I normally wear Large sized gloves, so I have decent sized hands, but not XL or anything like that)

If you know knives then the name Wusthof says it all. A superb little paring knife that does everything I expect of a sharp knife.

Sharp and light weight. Great cutting power and top quality

Although expensive, this paring knife is a sound investment. It is top quality, small enough to fit comfortably in the hand, and incredibly sharp. It easily slices through fruit, vegetables and meat, and has a neat plastic case to fit in when not in use. I recommend highly, but care needs to be taken when using.
