This says it has arsenic and metals in it?

According to the Analysis Sheet it DOES contain heavy metals, but in an amount that conforms to allowed amounts. It also states on the sheet that the product is Made in China.

Will these make me fail a thc drug test?

It’s a lung cleanse product. There’s no mention of thc on the ingredients label.

The description says it's also a sedative. Has anyone experienced this?

I know this much. I have the new bottle of 1950mg caps. No matter what, if I take them at 9pm and fall asleep at 10:30 pm. I am so relaxed I fall straight to sleep. They even have a get high feeling to them at first. Then it wears off. Hope it helps.

Does it contain caffeine?

I don't think so....not 100% sure but I take it at night and have no problems sleeping. I don't have the bottle with me right now but I don't think it says anything about caffeine on it.
