Perfect size 4years old
My son is 4.5 years old, in the 90th percentile for height, he wears (at this moment/normally) size 8 in kids shirts and a 6 in small boys jeans, it is so HARD finding clothes that will fit him in the height of the leg and waist because the waist has to be smaller vs the height being taller. This is the perfect size, I got a size 7 and it looks like it will fit him for many months to come, which is rare lol
