Brooks Women's Addiction Walker 2 Walking Shoe

These are great shoes! I work as staff at events and conferences so I am on my feet all day and do a lot of walking. They are supportive but also comfortable.

Sturdy and comfortable shoes. These shoes look great and are very comfortable for long walks. I have a very narrow foot and these shoes come in narrow sizes that fit fine.

Bought these Brooks shoes for my mom who's on her feet a lot at work. She says they're the most comfortable shoes she's ever worn! Great support and cushioning.She loves how they look - not too sporty but still professional enough for work. The fit is perfect and no break-in period needed.She's already asking me to order another pair in a different color. Great investment in comfort!

I had to order these twice. My first order came in a brown box because the original box was damaged. Fine - no big deal I suppose. When I opened the box, the shoes I received were used and dirty. They had hair on the inside and dirt marks on the outside. I was super upset because these shoes are NOT cheap. I paid $130 for a pair of new shoes, just to receive a disgusting used pair that were obviously returned by someone else. I immediately returned them and once the refund went into my amazon account I ordered another pair hoping my next experience would be better. They came in today, and thank goodness they are pristine. They are comfortable and offer a good amount of support. I am usually a size 5, but after researching the sizing I purchased a 6.5 wide. The fit is perfect. They are super comfy and leave enough room to wear thicker compression socks. Although, they still felt comfortable in my regular socks as well. I only took off a star due to my first experience. For this price, I would expect better quality control.

Brooks walking shoes are the best. I discovered this brand when I worked at a hospital. They provide a lot of support, and I can fit my orthotics under the liner inside the shoe. In the past I had a problem with plantar fasciitis and this shoe combined with orthotics took care of the problem. The sole of the shoe does not curve in by the arch like other shoes, so they are flatter and provide more support in that area, so my ankles don't fall in. I already knew my size because I have bought this brand before. They are pricey but worth it if you have foot pain.

I've purchased these shoes several times over the years and they are comfortable for me, but they consistently have a flaw that has not been corrected. The sole that curls around the tip of the shoe comes apart, making the shoe not last very long. I usually take my older shoes and use them for yardwork, but unless I literally cut that piece off, it becomes dangerous to wear them past that point. I've taken a picture of my "yardwork" shoes that shows that I've had to cut the piece off, otherwise I trip. I wish I had a picture when they were not as old with same issue, but you can get an idea of what I'm talking about.

Theese shoes are very good for someone who is on their feet all day!
