Does anyone know what material the air-fryer basket made of?

Stainless Steel. But the toxic non-stick coating peels all the way off within a couple of months. Be careful because the little black pieces will stick to your food. The cust svc will tell you the baskets are backordered and they will put you on the list to get a new basket when they come in. I reported mine in October and I’m STILL waiting. If it’s the same type of basket, I’m sending it back.

Can i make yogurt in the instant pot duo crisp?

Yes. Whole milk makes the best yogurt but you can use low fat or skim, and the amount doesn't matter. I've even seen people use non-dairy milk, e.g. soy milk. First boil some milk quickly using the steam function to sterilize it so that the milk has no bacteria to compete with your yogurt culture. Be careful not to curdle the milk. Then wait for the milk to cool to about 110F or cooler because you don't want to kill the active cultures. You can actually skip the sterilization step but I include it here because the original instant Pot does it automatically and it does help success.

Now put in approximately a tablespoon or 2 of fresh yogurt. it can be flavored or plain, Greek, Swiss-style or normal. What a lot of people don't realize is that Greek yogurt is just normal yogurt with more water/whey drained out. The result is a thicker yogurt with more protein per oz. So you might well just use the 50 cent store brand. The exception is if you prefer artisan yogurts that use exotic bacteria. For example, Siggi is icelandic style, where the yogurt has been described as "ropey."

Give the milk a quick stir, cover and set the pot on Sous Vide at about 113F (the culture prefers 110F-115F) for at least 8 hrs. The longer you incubate the thicker and tarter the yogurt. ,If the yogurt is too thin at 8 hr, turn the pot back on and  restart the Sous Vide mode. Keep checking until it reaches the consistency you want.

You can store the yogurt as is, or drain the whey for a thicker yogurt. Don't waste it though. Whey is nutritious, and has been shown to have health benefits, including fighting diabetes. Use it as a tart cooking liquid or as a base for drinks. The yogurt will continue to get thicker in the fridge.
