Ordered 2 sets, one set doesn’t fit.

Finally got a chance to out these on. I bought 2 sets at once. My dad out his on months ago with no issue. Finally got a chance to out mine and half mine will not fit on the car, they are too long. They are longer then my dads bought at the exact same time. No clue why both sets weren’t identical or how to fix this if other sets will have same issue.
