The BEST sweetener for taste , quality , cost and most importantly for your health
Just what the name says . No extra artificial sweeteners to add volume or decrease costs that are bad for you anyway . By far the taste beats every other alternative sweetener , because it is concentrated it takes very little to sweeten whatever you want so the package lasts forever, and especially compared to everything else on the market . And it's not bad for you which should be of primary concern to anyone using sugar substitutes. Use this and forget the rest !

Not like cane sugar; very sweet; love it!
My favorite monkfruit product so far. I have tried two different liquid brands and have settled on this one for both flavoring drinks and baking. If you try baking with it, be aware that the sweetness seems to multiply with quantity. What I mean by that is, if a recipe calls for a cup of cane sugar (insert mathematical conversions, eg 6 tsp = 1 C), you do not simply add six teaspoons of this powder. I'm sure it has to do with volume: sugar granules are less tightly packed than is this fine powder, so you need fewer teaspoons to equal a cup of cane sugar. I recommend adding one teaspoon at a time and tasting your batter in between each one. BE AWARE: this is not anything like cane sugar. This is very much like the first time you try any alternative milk after an entire life of whole cow milk: it's gonna be different! If you buy this sweetener, in any brand and in any form, and you anticipate the same cane sugar flavor, you will be sorely disappointed. It is sweet, but not glucose or fructose kinda sweet. This is a different animal altogether, and that is why I use it: my body cannot process those sugars anymore, but i love something sweet now and again. After an adjustment to this new flavor, I make hot chocolate with it every day, and I really love it. How lucky, to be able to have a sweet treat that doesn't send my blood sugar into a wild ride! I am very, very grateful that this fruit exists. I really hope it doesn't turn out that using it causes cancer or something. That's a joke! I hope. :)

Works as promised
So I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It was sweet and the aftertaste was actually slightly reminiscent of brown sugar. Of course I do think the cost is quite high but given that it's 100% monk fruit and not mixed with any other sweetener I think it's a fair enough deal given that you truly only need a little bit of it and it goes a long way. Given that it is not mixed with other sweeteners it means that it clumps up a little when putting it in my coffee but that's easily solved by using the back of a spoon to kind of break it apart. Also I have noticed that if you let the coffee (that's what I used it for primarily so far, not sure about other things) sit a little bit, it actually gets sweeter with time. So don't jump the gun and put too much thinking it's not sweet enough, let it sit a bit and it will naturally get sweeter. Maybe it just takes some time to fully mix in but it isn't a big deal. All in all I am pleased with the product.

Great all natural sugar substitute!
Anything trying to be sugar (from sugar cane sugar) will never truly be sugar. No different than nothing can perfectly replicate the taste of pork or meat. But you can get realllllllllly close. I believe this product does a great job of that. Most sugar substitutes don't have that "just sweet" taste that sugar is. It is more of a "smooth sweet" or a "I know you know I'm not sugar sweet" and some may call it a "coating sweet" taste where the "sugar" taste coats your tongue but it isn't necessarily the taste you want to taste. The other problem I have with artificial sugars and sugar alcohols is that I can't digest them very well or all depending on which one and how much you eat or drink in a single sitting. Since I don't want to play russian roulette with my stomach I just avoid them. This monk fruit has zero calories, zero side effects, and is all natural. A good sugar substitute taste and you don't need much. I want to say the taste is a mix between the "smooth sugar" taste and "coating taste", leaning more towards the smooth taste. Plenty of cups of tea (or coffee) for a while. They also have great customer service, so if ever you end up with a pouch with no scope simply send them a message and they will send one to you. I will be buying again as soon as I get a little closer to running out. Highly recommend!

Not the same
I have been buying this product for over a year and always enjoyed it, but the last packet I received was very disappointing. It doesn’t taste the same and is not as sweet as it used to be. I now have to use almost double the amount to get the same taste.Unfortunately, I won’t be buying this again unless the quality improves.

Not for me
First time trying monkfruit. Bought it because an influencer uses it and made it seem great. Not super impressed. Its overpriced, and not as sweet as stevia. Its sticky and the packaging makes it messy to work with. A tiny scoop that you dig out of the bag, getting everything in its path coated in fine powder and tacky feeling. I wanted to love this since the influencer is in amazing shape and is a nutritional counselor, but I think I will find another way to save on calories. Maple syrup is still my sweetener of choice with stevia backup. Maybe its just not for me. I wish I had tried it first.
