Can this only be bought from scalpers?

Around Christmas time 2020, yes, but I wouldn't buy from scalpers even at cost and would wait for retail to be back in stock.  Retail purchase can be proven and covered under product warranty.

Why are they selling this without a heatsink and fan?

You can add a wraith amd cooler for around 40 dollars.

And yes you will get the fancy lights but it will not be enough to keep it cool for 20 dollars more vs the amd wraith prism cooler you can buy the scythe fuma 2 right here on Amazon.

And get way superior cooling over the wraith prism cooler that comes with 3700x.

And if you want even better cooling replace the fuma stock fans with noctua fans preferably the nf a12 120m by 25.

And for a third fan you can add the slim noctau nf a 12 120m by 15m

And get better Temps than the noctua 120 dollar 2 fan unit

Thats why most don't want the stock wraith prism cooler.

At 93m vs 120 m.

Think about it fancy leds and colors are not everything but if you want those colors you coukd always do the fuma 2 and purchase here on Amazon the lian li st 120 fans that come in a 3 pack and it will still beat the fuma 2 with stock fans, and still beat the amd wraith prism cooler 10 times over.

So ask yourself do I really care about the wraith prism cooler not coming with the processor.

Or do I care more about a good processor and running a good cpu cooler and modifying it to at the same time keep my cpu and motherboard ice cold. And getting good case fans with rgb lighting. That can run quiet and do what you want it to without having to use an aio or liquid cooling.

How do i get the far cry game? I bought as soon as it dropped initially but I've yet to receive any code.

I received the code from Amazon about the same time I was notified that a shipping label was created (4 days after the order on release day). The product still did not actually "ship" until 4 days after the label was created.

Does this come with far cry 6? as per amd, amazon is part of the program and yet they do not mention anything.

Far Cry 6 doesnt even have a release date yet - it was delayed due to their last few games bombing on release for not being polished enough.
