Poor craftmanship & won't tune properly
I have a large number of ukuleles so I do know how to tune a uke. This one does not tune to GCEA nor does it effectively tune to DGBE...strings are super thick and craftsmanship of uke is very poor!

Two for One could be a triple threat.
This Ukulele comes with nylon strings installed. I was impressed how quickly they adjusted to correct tension (stayed in tune). The added capacity to convert to a Tenor Guitar makes it a great "starter" instrument for someone who doesn't want to settle for playing a only standard guitar. Personally, I've restrung to a Tenor and back to the Baritone already... to learn BOTH instruments at the same time. Cool! It also handles well. If you can adjust to it not looking like standard guitars, this could be a good investment.

EXOTIC
Such a great investment for any one who loves the sound of the ukulele! I've personally only playing for just over a year now, but this came in this morning, I strung it with some soprano uke strings, and stretched em out for a couple hours, you definitely don't wanna force a short string on such a long instrument, but man, what a great noise she makes! its unique to its own, and gives off the vibrance of a almost a mandalin or a citar.

it was apparent that the tonal quality was poor, under the best of circumstances
Very cheap strings. But after installing Martin strings, it was apparent the action was too low. After fixing that, it was apparent that the tonal quality was poor, under the best of circumstances.
