My husband arm shakes and the side of the bowl that is heightened helps him scoop his food with spilling it over the normal bowl. The Suction helps too. My daughter who has Autism has really enjoyed this bowl, because she has a specific way of holding her utensil and scooping from left to right. It has helped so much.

This plate allows you to get food on your fork or spoon without pushing it off the plate. If you have only one hand or arm, these plates will allow you to eat things like rice or other things that you have to scoop-up. I bought this product for my 97-year-old mother-in-law. She is legally blind and has a hard time seeing her plate and because of her mobility has a hard time getting the food off of her plate the side lip helps her tremendously when using a spoon, we just make sure that the plate is positioned in the right spot on the table for her. The suction on the bottom is perfect. You can still lift it, but you don’t have to worry that they may accidentally bump it with their arm and have a plate on the floor. Great for someone who is Beldfast, has Parkinson, has had stroke, or has arthritis etc. These plates along with weighted utensils are good to help someone remain independent longer in feeding themselves without embarrassment of making messes.

I am 89 years old not computer learned at all. All I can say is my husband had His calling, there was little time after his fall. I found myself falling apart with just like that the Love of my Life left me. In hopes it was for Him to stay I wished to have as much comfort for him in every way, but Our Savior knows all.
