Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles, Black Currant, 1.7 Ounce (Pack of 4)

My Daughter recommended these years ago for stress relief. They are a natural way to ease anxiety & stress. It's a plus that they also taste so good. I would recommend them to anyone for mild stress. They are not a replacement for any Doctor prescribed medication or therapy, but do help when you find yourself in a situation that causes you mild stress, & you don't want to increase your medication. They also have an additional benefit if taken @ night to help you relax & fall asleep easily.

I initially bought the Pastilles to have on hand if I needed to fly, since I really don't like it very much, but did not want to medicare myself too much. But I found that they came in handy in any stressful situations. Having the house invaded by Wasps really revved up my stress level and they really helped to calm me down. Even trouble sleeping at times they give me just the right amount of push to help me fall asleep, and I love the black currant flavor.

this is a great product. bought it at a super cheap price. Every once in a while if I feel stressed I will consumer one of these, they are not hard but not soft like a gummy bear. I always buy the black current. great flavor. I have never tried the plain or lemon, for some reason those 2 are always more expensive. In other review some people have complained that they cant open the container. EASY . . Just push in on the middle of the top of the can with one finger, this will release the grip. lift top off. To close pop the top back out the replace on container. the instruction are on the can. A container can last me 3-4 weeks. I have gone through 2 containers and buy Qty 4 anytime I can get them on sale. When a lot is going on I don't notice the calming effect but have noticed when I'm in the car by myself so they are good to keep in your car or pocketbook. I also keep cans in my bedroom. I also buy the Bachs remedy stress spray and Bachs remedy sleep spray. It does make my eyes feel tired and its all natural flowers so I don't worry about using it. Will buy again

This product is very helpful. If you are looking for a natural remedy this does magic. I suffer from anxiety and I have pills to help with my really bad ones but these Rescue Remedy Pastilles really do help calm me down so that my anxiety attack isn't as bad as some of the other times. I will continue to purchase this product because it has helped me out so much. As a side note it says on the directions to chew the tablet. It is gummy but it's a hard gummy. I prefer to suck on the tablet. It lasts longer and it doesn't get stuck in my teeth.

I prefer the cranberry flavored ones as more appealing to me with a more pleasant taste. These are 2nd choice and rest of choices I will not purchase. Just do not like rest of flavors and these are not cheap for sure. Personal choice, what I like and others like may not be similar, so please try all to see which you prefer!! Easy to use, taste good, smell good, quality is good and consistent , just very pricey for me being retired. Enjoy and hope it helps you , too!! Customer of the cranberry pastilles! I recommend these for children, teens, and anyone for whom rescue remedy tincture is not a good idea because of its alcohol content. An excellent choice for soothing your nervous system, helping you sleep, and taking the edge off daily, or chronic stress. Also good to quell rumination. It's been around since the 1930s. I think the black currant is the best flavor of all the pastilles they make.

This is one of the best natural products on the market to help cope with anxiety. My teenage daughter, who has a severe phobia, always has Bach's Pastilles on hand. I use them on occasion and have recommended them to numerous people. Everyone says they work well, which has been our experience. We order them by the dozen and had to get used to the Black Currant flavor, but once we did, they were fine. All flavors have the same amazing, calming affect. HIGHLY recommended.

My friend bought me one of these packages and I don't know if it's the thought that she cared enough about me or the actual produce, but I feel much better and calmer after taking 2 of these. Often I've had to take so I can go to sleep and it seems to work (either that or I've gotten to the point where I'm so exhausted I can't function anymore and just pass out... :p)!
