Fast action fork oil!
Very very very smoothe fork oil. I have used this vs 10wt in a few dirt bikes and it "livens" up the action of the forks quite spectacularly. You will need to tighten up on the damping a bit to compensate. Works great for me as I am a lighter rider so I run with my clickers out for the most part.

Great for MTB forks
Works very well for MTB suspension, I've used it on many Fox & Rockshox. As good as any other fluid out there at 4x the price. I add a touch of 20wt to simulate 7.5wt when that's needed since this is actually 7.0wt.

I used this to replace the stock Yamaha oil in my FZ6. Yamaha's oil "00" designation is said to be 5 weight. I wanted something a little thicker but not too much. This 7wt fit the bill fine. I would recommend, if the old oil has been in there for years, to flush it out with other fork oil. I used almost a quart before I got all the grayish goo (not alot) out of the fork until it was nice and clean...

Great for Manitou Forks.
Is what it is. Works well in my Manitou Marvel forks. Dont have anything to compare to besides what came in forks stock, and this stuff IS BETTER.
