I love my Chaco sandals, and I was so excited to try these. I wear an 8 wide in the sandals, so originally ordered an 8.5. I returned those and bought an 8 as the 8.5 were too big. So I’d say they fit true to size. They’re a little tight at first when pulling them in but they do loosen up just a bit making them easier to pull on. Very glad to have these.

I have been wanting something like this for a while. I needed a comfortable shoe for indoor use that supported my arches. This checks all of the boxes. It is a good looking slipper, has good arch support, and a ridged bottom that isn't slick. The back heel of the shoe folds inside so you can wear these as true slippers or pull up the hill to make them more secure. They also fit true to size. I usually wear a 6.5 and these were perfect.I loved them so much that my husband bought a pair just like them and says they are the best pair of slippers he has ever worn. My husband's size 10s were a perfect fit as well.The price held us back just for a minute or two, but Chacos have a good reputation and we felt they would be worth the price. Plus, I must have the support. I highly recommend them.

Disappointed in this shoe. There is very little comfort to it. The bed of the shoe is flat to the ground, there’s nothing but rubber beneath your foot, and then a high arch- which is not a good mix. Other than comfort, the size is off. The toe box is huge and my foot slides around (I have a normal to wide size foot). Chaco missed the mark on these.

I like pretty much everything about these except the insoles which I replaced and now they are exactly what I wanted. I’m sure the insoles are good for someone just not me. The heel was slightly elevated which I did not like at all and the arch was too far back towards the heel. I’m told this is actually intentional and is supposed to reduce foot pain but itjust wasn’t comfortable for me. I love that these will not slip off your feet so you can actually go for a brisk walk in them. Shoes you can’t walk in are dumb.

I like having a pair of shoes that I can quickly put on if I'm going outside or need to run errands, and this shoe is it. In the summer, my go to is a sandal, but when it gets cold outside, I need something a little bit warmer. I wear a size 9, and that's what I ordered, knowing that the fit might be loose, and it is. If I go barefooted, then there is a bit of room, but, since it's winter time, I usually have on a pair of thicker socks, and I am able to wear them with this shoe, without the shoe feeling too tight. Also, the fact that the back of the shoe easily folds down if I'm quickly sliding them on is an even bigger bonus. I've never had shoes built with that purpose, and I'm loving the convenience.

I’m very disappointed in these shoes, and my inability to return them (neither Amazon nor the seller TheLionGroup will accept the return). If I had bought these at a brick and mortar store any sales associate could see that there is a defect but because I didn’t notice it until after the return window had closed (by 4 days!!!) I am not allowed to send them back. This is the epitome of poor customer service/experience that Amazon is perpetuating. I was very happy with the fit and they are comfortable - really unfortunate that I spent $65 on a pair of poorly made shoes that I am now stuck with. If you value your money, don’t buy these shoes!

I love most of my Chacos! This pair however, did not measure up. I use these as my indoor shoes only. After 60 days the wool material is coming off leaving unsightly holes in the upper fabric layer. The fabric looks like an over worn cheap sweater. These shoes are NOT worn daily either. I do love the collapsible shoe back. Though extremely comfortable, my recommendation is to pass on this purchase.

I read the reviews that said they ran a little long in length so when I received them they fit great. They seem to have the nice supportive footbed like their sandals, it is not cushy which is nice for me.
