Paradigm Foodworks Lemon Curd, 10 Ounce

Previous to ordering this lemon curd I had only ever ordered curds in a tea house. I love the lemon flavor, the orange and lime which I also ordered not as much. The jars are also perfect for repurposing, as perfect size and tight lids, such as spices or paperclips. Put the lemon curd on cinnamon rolls or eat straight from the jar. I will keep reordering. Yum.

this is a very good Lemon Curd, sampled a few different flavors, this one surprised me. Would definitely buy this one again.

I like the texture of this over jelly or jam. I wish it had a little more lemon punch to the flavor. When I was unable to get my favorite lemon butter (Carol Allen brand) I was delighted to see that this was available on Amazon. It has similarities to lemon meringue pie filling. It’s more smooth than a traditional lemon curd which sometimes is a little gelatin feel.

I’ve tried several brands and this one has the best lemon flavor, no bad after taste ,not bitter, just a little tartness .

Not many of my friends in Texas know what Lemon Curd is, so I buy them some. They have actually called me and asked, “What do we put it on?” It’s so funny. I tell them to use it like preserves or jelly, but then I share with them that I have eaten it right out of the jar before. It’s that good! Some other brands have too much of an egg flavor, but this taste like the best lemon meringue pie you’ve ever eaten.

I picked this lemon curd because it had better macros than other brands using regular sugar. The taste is great, and it’s the perfect thickness!
