How does this product get shipped to you via fed ex or ups and is it freight or ground

Fed ex. And i will never deal with them again.cylinder is great fed ex sucks.

My sticker is over the date. But says do not remove sticker. What now.??? First time tank owner

May have a service charge for an out of date exchange. I've not encountered this particular problem.
