Great flavour and versatile.
These mushrooms don't take too long to rehydrate, I left mine in a cereal bowl covered by an inch of boiling water. Gave them a little stir and used them with a nice steak. The rehydration liquor I used in a sauce which really punched the flavour right up. (Strain through a sieve). Absolutely fantastic and well worth it. A fabulous upgrade to boring supermarket shrooms. Going to use again with steak tonight as I wrote this post but forgot to submit a couple of weeks ago. Used several times in stir fry and pasta dishes. I will get more when used up. Fantastic

My favourite mushrooms for ramen
So affordable for the amount you get and very high quality. These rehydrate in water/ramen in 3 minutes and come up aldente. Very delicious.

Impressive!
Great flavour of earthy mushrooms and have a nice meaty ‘bite’ to them, unlike your standard soft mushrooms. Be warned…these EXPAND upon soaking. I thought they looked like mushroom ’bits’ in the container. Nope! They expand when you soak in boiling water to at least double (if not triple) their size! I will definitely buy this again. Great to have in the store cupboard and excellent value.

Great price when I bought this, very little or no instructions, but easy to reconstitute with boiling water and an amazing amount of fungi for the couple of desert spoons I used, not that much flavour but great for texture in various Chinese and Thai dishes
