I like Dr. Oetker Vanilla. It has a nice sweet vanilla flavor and makes desserts smell and taste better. It is easy to use for baking, cakes, cookies, and creams.

Excellent replacement for liquid vanilla extract
I understand this is pretty common product in Europe but is kind of a specialty item in the USA. I'm here to tell you this is an excellent product, especially for me, a guy who hates pouring vanilla extract from those stupid little brown bottles you get at the grocery store. This stuff is a great stand-in for liquid vanilla extract and it's been great in each time I've used it for baking (and once making whipped scream from scratch). Strongly recommended.

Buying only this vanilla sugar
My favorite vanilla sugar. I use it for hot cocoa, and for baking. I ordered many times, and going to do this again this week. Pack of 12 for this price is great.

Lovely on toast, but taste disappears in baked goods.
This stuff is so lovely. I could just sit and smell the package all day. I find the flavor sort of disappears when you bake with it. So it does not retain the strength in baked goods. Nice on your morning toast with cinnamon though!
