I used this to filter algae out of my aquarium. After running the pump through the filter overnight, the water was nice and clear instead of pea soup green.

I use these filters on the water inlet in my pool. They filter out all of the algae and small particles in the water that my catridge filter misses. I throw them in the washer when they turn brown from the algae and they come out clean and ready to use again. Usually I change the filter every couple of weeks depending on how much we use the pool. Keeps my pool sparkling clean!

Perfect — added to a sump pump and hose — as a temporary way to clean water from my stock tank pool! I cut off the ring and used an elastic band to secure to hose.

The fabric and end weld are so stiff that I am unable to invert the sock for cleaning purposes. To be fair, my other filter socks are mesh style. Maybe it as a trait of all felt style socks that they can't be turned inside out.

Is exactly as described. Will make your skimmer go nuts for a bit even if you rinse it well before use.

As expected

We used these filters to modify our pool vac and it captured the fine silt that wasn't filtered by the regular pool filtration system. Cleaned up well after 1st use.

Great for filtering water! It gets the algae out of my koi pond. You can clean them a few times before you need to replace it.
