250ml graduated measuring cylinder made of high quality, heavy duty Borosilicate 3.3 glass. Spout for easy pouring, and round base for extra stability. Class A tolerance, ±1.00ml as per DIN EN ISO 4788 standard. Blue printed graduations and specifications. 2ml subdivisions. Cylinder stands 12.5" tall, with a base measuring 3.1" wide. Inner diameter of cylinder body measures 38mm (1.5"), and outer diameter measures 45mm (1.75"). Autoclavable, with superior chemical durability. Low temperature gradient- can withstand high temperatures & thermal shocks. Eisco Labs Borosilicate glass has the following heat tolerances: Strain Point -515°C | Annealing Point 565°C | Softening Point 820°C. Solid, well-made, accurate cylinder
This cylinder is solid and well-made. Very handy when precise liquid measurements are called for. Comparing it to known accurate containers, the accuracy of the graduations on this cylinder are very accurate.

Works pretty well for the price.
It works pretty well for various home projects. The base is stable and it feels pretty good.

Exact
I wanted something to measure liquids just right to use when I refill forks or final drives on motorcycles, accuracy is important. It does exactly what i was looking for, takes away the guess work. Glass could be a little sturdier for use in a garage, but for laboratory use, or schools these are just fine as they are. I will need to be a little cautious in my work :)
