Good stuff
Works great. This is the 2nd time I used it for the same crown. First time lasted about 5 years. Which is fine by me. Local chimney company wanted $3k to remove and replace crown. This will definitely buy some time if the crown is still mostly solid.

Crown Coat
This product is absolutely amazing. It exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to apply and feels just like concrete when dry. This product will save you thousands of dollars restoring your chimney crown to new condition. I had cracks in my crown that created a problem with water intrusion. Crown Coat sealant completely fixed every crack and the crown looks and feels like brand new concrete.

It's pricey but try replacing a chimney cap instead!
I had a chimney cap that was starting to show minor cracks and didn't want to chance a problem with water damage so applied this product to the cap. It's been on a year now and not only sealed it very well but looks like I just put it on. The are no signs of any type of wear, peeling or flaking what-so-ever! I would highly recommend this product. It's pricey but try replacing a chimney cap instead!

This is an amazing product. Easy to apply and stopped my crown leaks immediately. I would highly recommend this product for a budget friendly way to repair a cracked crown. I have recommended this to a contractor friend so he can start using it. I just really can't say enough good about it.

So Far So Good
The crown of my chimney had several long cracks and was allowing water to run down the bricks into the fireplace. I applied silicone caulk to the cracks after brushing away loose mortar, gave it a few days to set and then applied 2 coats of crown coat per instructions. Thus far, the inner chimney is now dry after several rains and the outer appearance of the chimney is much improved. My skill level is handyman.

This stuff is amazing! It was incredibly easy to use
This stuff is amazing! It was incredibly easy to use. It spread very easily, much like frosting a cake, and quickly turns into a thick rubberized seal. It did what it is supposed to & will give us a leakprook chimney for many years! I highly recommend it.

Easy to Use
This product was very easy to use just follow the directions lightly spray water on crown and using a paint brush put a thin coat on first and then using a pointed trowel put it on thicker, then use your paint brush to smooth it out using a little water in your brush helps smooth it. Another THING IS TO MAKE SURE THE CROWN IS CLEAN and you can also tape your brick or block and flute off to make it look professional. This product gets as hard as rock when cured. It make's your chimney crown water proof and it look's good. There's video on how to use this product on You tube, too.
