Easy to install. Works great on our office door. Great fast support when we had an issue with the panel flashing but it was a loose wire on our side.

I have now put 2 of these access control locks in both of our commercial spaces and I can't not rave about them anymore. I initially got a quote from a locksmith for something in the range of $5k to install something that was inferior to this product. This product literally has all the functionality you could even need. Such includes: - Timer for when the door is automatically locked and not locked - Keyfabs- when you can restrict access during certain days and hours - Pin card so that individuals who don't have a keyfab/card can still access the space - Attendance reports (with clocking in and out. I don't use this, but I could see how some businesses would want this) - Easy access control for providing people with access extremely quickly. We needed to give 100+ people access to the space and I was able to do this in literally 3-4 minutes just with swiping the lock and then uploading. In addition, I had some user errors that I was unable to figure out myself. The support from Chen was terrific. They helped me figure out what was wrong and gave me additional tips. For the price of a standard commercial lock you get so much more. I can't rave about this product anymore.

I have bought and installed 3 of these now. It is super easy to install and to work. On my first one I needed to be walked through some of the programming. I emailed the tech support and he was very responsive. Did a remote takeover of my laptop and showed me how to do it all. I couldn't be happier. Great product and great seller. The profit margin on this is great, I charged a client $1500 to install this on an apartment building, it is tough enough to handle the public building install and cheap enough to make alot of money on. This is an affordable system. It allows great management for our needs. It was easy to install and data entry was simple as well. Whenever I ran into any issue (because I'm not a computer whiz) they helped me within 24 hours. Very responsive to our needs.

Worked very well. Learning how to navigate and use the software can be a small challenge, but easy enough. Has been installed and working for about 3 months now. I am pleased with the product and support was given promptly from customer service. Will use again.

Not too complicated to install. must know how to solder to put this together. Costumer supports is great. I’ve had to contact them a couple of times with question and answered all my questions

I replaced a system to a neighborhood pool. They wanted $3k with less functions. Then wanted $10 per key tag....I did this in a couple hours being very thorough. I interacted with service for a couple questions. Excellent response time same day. everyone is very pleased.

The quality of this product is great. I was having an issue installing the mounting bracket so I emailed for help. This was on a Saturday morning and I had a response in two minutes. Chen did a Facetime call and saw what the issue was and told me how to finish the install. I'm very pleased and I recommend buying one of these units if you're looking to buy a mag lock.

Very easy setup and configuration,and very effective , flexible.

I have bought 2 of these, a 1 door and a 4 door system for separate buildings. These are amazing units for the price - easily equal to that of the larger commercial systems I've replaced with them. These are also ideal for large subnet/vlan/vpn'd networks, even knowing mine are used at different locations I was able to easily make it work across the vpn to one piece of software and share the door cards. The support is amazing - Every question I have asked have been thoroughly answered with an amazing turn around time. Highly Recommend the product and the seller!
