Hi , can someone tell me if this is a fitted shirt pattern? I mean does it looks slim fit or is loose. My husband likes slim fit skirts.

I like slim fit SKIRTS too. But this SHIRT(he-he) is not so slim. I had to take in some. But I am 6'4" 180lbs so i take in most of my shirts. Hope that helps.

how much fabric do you need

I always buy the amount asked for on the pattern. The amount is anywhere from 1 7/8 Yds to 3 1/4 Yds. depending on what size and style. Usally it is more than needed but it leaves room for mistakes or any altrations that you may needed to make. My husband is tall so I have to always add to the length.

Anyone know the biggestnwaist size for the xxxl

For Men's size XXXL you would be looking at Chest 56" - Waist 52" - Hip 57" . Hope this helps you out. Butterick and McCall's uses the same size measurements.

Are these patterns paper or do i need pdf download and printer?

These have the pattern tissues as well as printed instructions. You can make them in three sizes and if you are any good at pattern drafting you can make them small and larger to suit you. Feel free to ask any questions as needed.
