Great tasting mix of supplements
It actually tastes lovely. Only issue I had was that this is a mix of supplements not just creatine, so there was not many servings in this pack as I thought 5g would be sufficient. That was probably my mistake so not marking them down for that.

Overall, not bad, but there are cheaper alternatives
USN is a very well trusted brand. I’ve used it on and off with different things. Creatine is creatine really and there are equally good products draw probably less money didn’t notice much difference between this and less expensive brands.

I love this product, it gives me a really good boost for my workouts. Also is great for recovery. I had really good improvement on workout and muscle growth after starting taking this. Is really worth it.

Syringe hole prick
As others have reported the seal has what looks to be a syringe prick hole and the seal is sufficiently thick for this not to happen by chance
