This machine is exactly what I wanted to give to my husband this Christmas! It was delivered to me quickly and the packaging is phenomenal. The box is pretty large so I would suggest 2 people to help move it around. Setup was quick and easy once you get the hang of it. It’s not rocket science and most steps are easy to figure out. The machine is beautiful and works great too! It is not large enough to use commercially but perfect for parties or man caves! I had it setup in my basement where all movie nights will be happening. My kids loves it too and it makes great popcorn! I will spread the news about these machines and would purchase for friends or family.

Good customer service when you contact thru Amazon keeping in mind that they are in China so responses came after 9pm. The kettle had a dent so emailed the company using the email address on therfore website and for no response after 2 days. Used Amazon and they responded a few hours later. I asked ascot replacing the single damaged part that must have taken a hit and that was an option rather than packing up the whole machine to return. Unfortunately, they needed 3 weeks for a replacement part which was to long as I got it for an event that was coming up. I got a refund, returned the damaged machine, and ordered a replacement, this time including the cart. The second one was perfect and works great. So good! Very happy. Why did I buy this popper? Tempered glass. One of the most common complaints for other brands was the glass doors shattering while just sitting there. That screams cheap glass that can't handle the hot/ cold temp changes from inside to outside the popper. This popper, however, uses Tempered glass so it should hold up to the in vs out temperature changes like the windows on a car. So far very happy with the purchase, the popcorn, and the company support, though they could do better with managing their email.

This is great if you host a lot of movie parties or get togethers. It's quite fun and great if you have kids and a family that consumes popcorn frequently. It's quite large and bulky, but quite convenient as it has wheels and a well made handle to wheel it around. The power cord is about 53 inches long, which is just enough to reach an outlet ~1 foot off the ground. Upon receiving the package, there was a significant "punched in" hole on the side of the box. Luckily, nothing was damaged. All parts were received. It even came with plastic popcorn "bags", a seasoning jar, and a scoop. The assembly was quite easy, even a high schooler could do it. It took about an hour or two to assemble. There were a few scratches on the frame of the actual popcorn machine (the top of entire unit) and on the side of the cart, but I wouldn't have noticed it if I wasn't looking for it (picture provided). It was really easy to use following the instructions and with three switches to operate the machine. The machine is really attractive overall and definitely gives the "movie theater"/"fair" vibes. I previously had a smaller popcorn machine and found that a lot of the kernels would not be popped, but with this machine, 95% of the kernels were popped. The handle of the kettle makes for easy pouring out of popped popcorn. The only main issue I have is with the cleaning of the unit. It states in the instruction manual that no part of the machine should be submerged in water, so be aware of that. Also, the kettle has another power cord coming out of it that plugs into the top of the inside of the machine. The only way to clean the machine itself is by wiping it down with a moist cloth. With all that oil residue, I really don't believe it will clean it all that well, but if you are fine with that and have a better solution, go ahead.

Just the right size, easy to clean, and looks very professional.

It worked great for the first year and we didn't run too much popcorn through it. Now it only pops a few kernels and stops popping. We cleaned it, put half the oil in, then half the popcorn. Nothing we have tried works. I don't think the heat is regulated and it's not getting hot enough. I don't see a fuse to replace either. I'd go with a different brand
