This blend of ingredients into one capsule makes it easy to get a lot of vitamins in one dose. The easy to swallow capsules don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste. The dosage of two capsules means that this bottle contains a 30-day supply (if you take it daily). I have been taking it now and then when I have tasks waiting for me that require some concentration, and I feel that they are very helpful with that. I am better able to concentrate and focus after taking a dose of these with my breakfast. I don't notice any particular boost in energy but being more focused and able to concentrate for longer periods is definitely a benefit I need! I like that many different vitamins are included as well as other things such as biotin and magnesium so that you can get many benefits from each dose.

This is more of a multi-vitamin supplement than a nootropic supplement for your brain. If you are looking for increased cognitive function with high alertness as I did from this supplement, this isn't it. I highly recommend nootropic supplements than this one. I don't see any meaningful changes in my keto level with this supplement. If you are taking multi-vitamin supplements, this might be redundant. However, the quality of the product is quite good. Overall, this is an okay supplement if you are not taking any supplement, but if you do, this might not it. 3 stars.

I begin with just one tablet or capsule, regardless of the recommended serving size, to ensure there are no negative effects. I no longer wait days or weeks for a positive effect. If I don't feel anything within about 30 minutes, I simply move on. I was attracted to these "Keto Brain Booster - Brain Supplement - Focus, Concentration, Memory Neuro Supplement" capsules because they contain Choline, DMAE, Green Tea Extract, Bacopa, and Huperzine A, along with many other vitamins and minerals. Honestly, if I were designing a brain and energy supplement for my own use and could pick and choose ingredients, the product label would look similar to this one. As far as brain functions such as focus and concentration, one capsule of this Keto Brain Booster works for me. I can see a noticeable positive effect that lasts a few hours. However, it may take me two capsules to notice an energy boost. I thought the Green Tea Extract would provide that boost, but there's no way to know how many mg are in the capsules since it's part of the Proprietary Blend. I wrote this review after taking one capsule. I just decided to take another capsule, which represents the full recommended serving size of two capsules daily. If I get up, go out, and mow our lawn for the first time this season in the next hour, I'll know that two capsules are necessary for me to achieve the full effect of the Keto Brain Booster. Checking items off my To-Do List is another measure I use when testing new supplements.

I'm a Ketovore, so MCT oil is something I use regularly. I gave myself a few days off the MCT before trying this out, and it seems to work for a few hours, then I have to make a bulletproof coffee. Here's why: A keto supplement should ideally include essential vitamins and minerals that are commonly deficient in a ketogenic diet, such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, and B vitamins - AND MCT OIL. This does not have it. This supplement only meets the general requirements that you'd find in any complex multivitamin, which means if you're not eating well or are deficient, you'll still need more than what's listed here. So it's not a booster. It's a vitamin with higher amounts of B's, potassium and magnesium. There's also an odd odor to these vitamins, and though B vitamins will give off an odor, this smells like a preservative to me. All in all, the effects are not long term, the taste is what it is, and you can get a "real" Keto supplement with MCT oil and the vitamins listed here, and experience a much longer effect of focus, concentration and no odor. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's a vitamin.

So its been 30 days and what have I noticed, Well I do feel more clarity and focus.. So much so I jumped on the Subscribe and save. Been waiting out till the last day of this supplement and wanted to say it has been a slow journey which is making me feel better and I fell like I have less fog in my brain . I waited just to make sure I was seeing results before I posted a review and again I am feeling more concentration than I use to. Also Im finding things faster and remembering where things are even better. So for me Im a subscriber and glad I got to try it. I take this will all my meds at once so I do not really know the smell and it is easy to swallow with all 15 of my other pills :) Yea getting old is a fun ride isnt it. So help with focus try this out.
