Expensive for a plunger, but worked stunning well on our toilet blockage. I tried various concoction of baking soda, washing up liquid and white vinegar - I actually made the blockage worse with a full bowl of water taking 10-15 minutes to clear. Process: I flushed again to allow the bowl to fill, then angled in the plunger so it filled with water, then slowly pushed it down to cover the exit and plunged twice. This caused the level to drop to normal levels - blockage cleared!

Our plumber noticed that our waste pipe is higher than our loo u-bend in the lodger's loo so it's a literal up-hill battle to keep the loo flushing well, and they're always over stuffing it with loo roll. Stuff was always building up in the pipe and slowing the flush till it backfills the bowl. This tool sorts it out in no time, but it needs a certain amount of water in it to be most effective. If there's less than half a bowl full it'll not work that well. Magic happens when the toilet bowl is more than half way full.

I read all the other reviews saying that this saved people when all else had failed so I bought it and it worked after all else had failed! Brilliantly shaped so will fit tightly over any toilet bowl. Took just about five thrusts and toilet was clear

I have a 'modern' style toilet, close couple D shape where the back of the bowl has a more straight line than a curve so it was very difficult to get a good seal with this. Good strong and sturdy but if you've got a bit of a right angle it's awkward to get the all important seal to make it efficient.

OMG! What a gadget! Had a blocked toilet which overflowed. Tried everything…. Boiling water, different chemicals… nothing shifted it. The blockage was in the downpipe somewhere. Bought this as a last resort before calling a plumber. 20/30 good plunges and the blockage went down with a right gurgle! Really long extendable handle & easy to use. Really good bit of kit. Well made & works. I’m a middle aged lady & had no problems with it at all. Don’t understand all the bad reviews.

It’s ok quite difficult to use as big and cumbersome. Wouldn’t recommend

I had tried everything you can imagine to remove a very stubborn blockage (thanks kids) and this was my last resort, prior to accepting defeat and calling a plumber out at exorbitant rates. It defeated the blockage in about 20 seconds flat, couldn’t be happier with its effectiveness. FYI - it is water, not air that makes plungers effective. You need to fill this with water prior to use (I used shower head) and keep as much in it as possible when taking to the task at hand, you should also ensure there is plenty of liquid in the toilet bowl so the plunger can be as submerged as possible. Wriggle around to ensure it seals in the right place over the “hole”, then pump for your life 🤣 you can’t tell if it has been successful until you remove the plunger and be careful when you do, because there will be some splashback!!

I don't know why this has so many good reviews?? because this was beyond bad at unblocking our toilet. We live in an older house and the bendy pipes prove problematic for our toilet. Having gone through old style normal plungers that work but break up fairly fast we opted to try this style having heard it's so much better. The price was high but if it works it worth it, right? Having just tried to use it unblock our toilet it didn't at all... it was the worse toilet plunger we have ever used. One star isn't enough for this overpriced piece of rubbish. Very disappointed money down the toilet, literally!

Limpio, muy, pero que muy efectivo, y súper fácil de usar. Después de mirar mucho y muchos sistemas, los químicos no funcionaban. Valoré alguno que inyectaba presión de golpe, pero me decidí por este que me daba más seguridad en cuanto a ser capaz de abarcar todo el cauce y la sección de entrada para prevenir salidas en la operación. Al principio parecía un poco caro, por no tener un mecanismo de presión que libera como otros, pero me animó la forma de la boca o pieza a aplicar. No me equivoqué. Me acaba de llegar, y, después de distintos métodos durante una semana, en tres minutos tenía el atasco resuelto. Muy contento porque creo que, después vez en cuando, hay que darle a modo de prevención. Está bien construido. No se ensucia mucho en el uso pero también es fácil de limpiar y cómodo de guardar porque se pliega. El caucho es gordo y consistente y está muy bien diseñado. Sobre todo en el baño de chicas (si, siempre ha habido más problemas ahí). Y también prevenir y utilizar papeleras! Pero si ya estás en el problema, sin duda te recomiendo esta bomba! Ha sido todo muy limpio hacerlo (a pesar de haber de todo… no pongo detalles 😁) y fue todo fácil y cómodo. 100% recomendable.

Funcionó perfecto!! Había intentado con cubetas, con otra bomba más sencilla y con destapacaños y estuvo muy fácil y rápido me ahorré al plomero !

This plunger is amazing! I had a mystery blockage in the downstairs toilet. I don't use it and my last guests were relatives who reported no issues. Whatever it was, it resisted a snake and 2 different plungers. My next step was going to be taking the toilet off and snaking it, that or hiring a pro. 5 minutes with this plunger and everything is moving freely again. I was hesitant to spend so much ($35.34CAD at time of review) on a plunger, but this proved to be well worth the few extra dollars. Where other plungers didn't form a good seal, this plunger barely burped. Other plungers threw water EVERYWHERE, this plunger only once put water anywhere outside the bowl. I was initially skeptical of the handle, it's like a piece of pvc pipe, it's a little wobbly and it's telescopic. However, it locks in tight and that T-handle is really the engine for this plunger. After using it, I'm telling everyone that they need to buy one of these now, BEFORE they need it. It will turn an "uh-oh" into a "no worries".
