Great for sensory in the mouth
We had a 1 year old with a tongue and lip tie we had to get released and this helped prep her for having work done in her mouth and she overcame sensory issues that came along with her difficulty eating because of this nifty tool.

Do not last
I bought one of these for my autistic son in December and recently bought another one, and now both are not working even with new batteries. They are cheaply made and not worth $40 they charge for them, which is a shame because while they worked my son loved them. Do yourself a favor and buy one somewhere else.

Wish I had done more research
So I had seen on the social medias that this could potentially help my child, who has autism, with some sensory issues that he has (tends to put everything in his mouth). My hopes were not high, but I was willing to try. I did not want to invest too much on higher end products since I didn't even know if this was a potential tool, but this seemed to fit the bill on the not too cheap side, good to experiment with situation. Or so I believed based on the pictures. For the price that I paid for this, what a huge disappointment. It looks and feels very cheap, just came in a zip lock bag, and I can tell it won't last long. It's battery operated (at least it came with a cheap battery), and it's twist activated (no switch or button). That means that the bottom part where you twist is loose in the Off position, and can fall out including the battery. It comes with a screw to 'lock' the battery in, which only works to keep it locked if it's off. If you want to turn it on, you have to remove the screw. So many safety hazards here, especially for the audience this item is intended for. Potential exposed battery and small parts, a screw that is kind of useless and can be swallowed, etc. Also, it's meant to be on or near the mouth, so it's exposed to moisture, so another issue. The attachments are hard plastic, and got distorted within seconds. I sincerely paid way too much for this. I should have just gone with an electric toothbrush or saved more for the higher end products.

Works
my child took right to it. Hopefully it helps her in her struggle to talk.

Top easy to remove, otherwise okay.
Only reason it’s 4/5 is because my son takes the head off and I’m afraid he will choke. It’s pretty durable, and strong in quality, and the battery life lasts a few days. My son didn't really use it for its function the entire time he had it. It’s a good price though. If your child gets bored easily, this isn’t for them.

Autism mama
As an autism mama this product is good. I bought it because my daughter has PICA and eats a lot of things that she shouldn’t be eating. This helps her sensory calm down. But the reason I rate it 3 stars is because on day two she managed to break it. Could’ve been a bit more heavy duty.

Buyer Beware: don't waste your money like I did multiple times
I really should have read the reviews before I bought these. I love the concept and that it's easy to hold in the hand. The vibration levels are great for hard to please kiddos, but the attachments are potential choking hazards. There's a yellow, larger, more oval one that is acceptable, but none of the others. The battery life is 45-60 minutes max. My biggest complaint is that after 4-5 charges, they don't take charges anymore. The disconnect is somewhere inside the charging area where the male and female ports connect. Every now and again, I can get them to connect after fussing with it for a while, but then the whole thing craps out. I tried to initiate a return, but it said this product wasn't available for return. I assumed that was the case as the product goes in the mouth. I wrote the company and told them that I made the mistake of buying multiple of these, thinking maybe it was just some glitch in the two I got for him and ordered more because my son loves them. They did the same exact thing. Three times I have ordered, ordering 2 at a time, for a total of 6 of these and it's every single one. 6 of them at $30 each is $180 I have wasted. The company wrote back and wanted me to do a ridiculous amount of things to prove my claim for them to "decide" if they wanted to replace the product or not. They even wanted a step by step video of it explaining everything along with paying to ship them back and screenshots proving that I indeed bought them, how many and when. I hate to be negative as my son adores these, but after 6 at $180..don't do it. I'm not going through all the hoops to do everything they required just to get refused my money back. I don't want replacements. Buyer beware.
