Amazing amazing amazing.. convenient like no tomorrow!
So, I ordered two of these sets for my taser. They were kind of hassle on the first set because you need to have the correct screw for the correct adapter otherwise it’s just spin (they all look the same but if your spins try a different screw until you find the right one). I wasted like 3 hours on this until I figured out that little nugget… then it took about 5 minutes to assemble the second set. I ordered two because I have two external carriers (one brown and one black) and also the belt attachment. I put a female adapter on both vest carriers, my belt teklok, and my backpack (molle). I have put one male adapter on my Blackhawk taser holster, and the second male adapter is currently not being used. This has made swapping carriers and/or where I carry my taser a breeze. Swapping carriers is always a hassle and this just makes like so easy. Well worth the money! No more dinking around with moving the molle panels and/or removing the holster from it to put on my belt. I plan to order a set for my firearm and attach one to my nightstand and one to my car (separate holster than my duty holster). It’s my favorite Blackhawk accessory because it’s so versatile and makes life so easy! Oh, PS, super easy to go from straight draw to canted draw.. just adjust where you place the male adapter before securing it into the female adapter.

Excellent for multiple swaps
If you have a belt holster and want to use the BH Molle adapter, then this is the thing to get for those swaps between belt and, say, external pack. A very handy thing to have and allows for shifting of arms between preset pieces (belt position, shoulder position, MOLLE, etc.) for each that you have. Fast and intuitive to use with a press in and slight turn to lock in place and then a press down on tabs to remove. The included screw fasteners are difficult to insert by hand. I utilized a brass drift punch (flat surface punch) with a surface larger than the screw hole to push the receiving end of the fasteners into place. This was done by hand as the punch was basically used to do what my fingers couldn't to get some pressure on them to get them into the holes. I also had some worries about the fact that on one of the holes the receiving fastener or female end, was turning slightly and not allowing for a tight and secure mating. To alleviate that I utilized #8 lock washers, which proved to be so useful I backed out all the fasteners and used them on the male fastener or screw side to give a firm seating of the fasteners. The lock washer pushes against the head of the screw, thus putting friction on the threads and allowing for a tight mating that then has internal tension to keep things in place. Wavy washers could also work for this. Overall if you are going for BH equipment and need to move weapons around between positions, then you really can't live without this. What I wish was available was something to allow the use of other manufacturer's equipment via a round mating panel that would then insert into the male side of the rig. I've got a TDL holster that is just a little bit off on the hole pattern and a perforated kydex adapter would work like a charm to allow for cross-manufacturer swapping for those specialized pieces that BH just doesn't make.

SERVES MORE THAN ONE PURPOSE!
It may appear to be somewhat bulky at first glance but I see it as a plus. It not only serves to allow you to quickly switch from one platform to another but it's size (with, approximately 1/2 inch) serves as a spacer to place the holster further away from your body. This comes in handy when you are using Body Armor. It comes with all the hardware needed and the fasteners are of very good quality. Installs in about 10 minutes (both male and female sides) with just a phillips screwdriver. I highly recommend it!

Love/Hate
This is a love-hate relationship. I love the concept, the way these puppies are made, and the versatility. They hold rock solid and I can adjust the draw angle to the ridiculous. There are enough mounting holes for any conceivable notion you might have. I even put one (male gizmo) on a large hunting knife scabbard and it works mostly fantastic. Here's the hate part: The extra spacing from all this good stuff makes the gun stick out from your bod a lot, and then droop down a bit. If mounted on the hip, try not to swing your arms in a manly fashion--you'll break something. Better yet, rest your shooting arm elbow on the gun butt. Then people won't notice your modified manly walk. Trying to carry concealed can cause some serious thought about covering garments to use. A maternity smock comes to mind, but there goes what's left of your manly walk and demeanor. To sum it all up: If you don't mind looking like a sackful of hammers, this is a great gizmo to have. If you want close and cozy, this is not a real good idea.

Highly Versitile and all around great product!
For starters this item is made by Blackhawk which is a great company, I own many products from them and will continue to buy more. The Serpa Quick Disconnect is a handy piece of gear to have that lets you transition from having your firearm on a Blackhawk Drop Leg holster, to a Blackhawk Patrol Belt or your regular belt, and then go to the Blackhawk Serpa Paddle Platform with ease and the best part you do not have to remove the firearm from the holster to do this. As many well may know removing your firearm from one holster to another can get hairy at best so the option to leave the firearm safe in the holster and just move the holster around is a big plus. The Quick Disconnect Kit is made out of a very strong plastic that looks like it can withstand a lot of abuse. I have purchased two, one was used but still was in great shape, and I am purchasing another so I can have all my equipment covered and I have the option to move my firearm or whatever else I can put this on from one place to another in matter of seconds. I highly recommend this product and pretty much anything else that carries the Blackhawk name on it.

Awesome Product!
I redid my CCW holster with this attachment and I love it. Its so much easy to take off and put on instead of having to take off the whole configuration when you want to sit back and relax. And when I need to get up and go it just reattaches back on. I love it!

Easy design for different pistol rigs
Positive is I really love the design, super sturdy and this allows use on different belts/vests or mounts. Negative or more of a suggestion is the mounting screws that are included need to have a screwdriver slot on the brad female as well as the screw head and a rubber washer should also be there since not all places to mount are the same depth and the included screw female end are impossible to hold tight when in a recessed area, I replaced all included screw sets(much better). The only other downside is there is only one male included so fine if you own 1 pistol, However I own multiple and now own more than one set of this kit. The Serpa CQC is the Best design I have seen even with the minor Issue.
