Excellent product. 8 oz is a small package. I needed 2 boxes to make a batterberg cake and one box made about 10 pieces of fruit shaped marzipan candy, although I only made 9. I needed to roll it out to cover my battenberg cake and I used powdered sugar to avoid sticking to a wood board. I didnt need to, and it made the marzipan dryer than optimal. Try rolling without the powdered sugar. I found it did not stick, ever, and was much more pliable and workable. Good flavor.

Tasty and good consistency
I used this product as a flavoring in a braided Christmas wreath. It added just the right touch of delicious flavor. The consistency is easy to work with, not dry and hard like others I've tried. I will buy this product again for my annual holiday baking.

I ordered this product and received ONE item and not 12. I complained to the company, and they sent me one more. I am now short 10 items. The marzipan was tasty but because the ad was explanatively misleading, I gave them one star, which is one star too many, The trouble I encountered is not worth the price of the marzipan. Who is double-checking ads for accuracy on Amazon?
