I really liked this product as it was just what I needed for my traditional Jamaican black cake.

I have not tried this product yet, but I have noticed that it is much thicker than the browning I currently use. I have read, in a few recipes, that this browning is often used in the making of the traditional Jamaican "cake" that tends to be very dark in color. That is the primary reason I purchased it.

I like the fact that this package came all the way from the Island of Jamaica 🇯🇲 and there was not one damage. I gave 5 stars because I fully satisfied with this merchant. I be buying from them again. My husband and I use this to marinate chicken and leave in the fridge overnight. Put on the grill yummy 😋
