If this is a PALM its the worst Palm
Gets Very hot. And the battery drains extremely fast. I tested it before getting a Sim via Wi-Fi. Could not open the Sim slot. The provided push pins do NOT fit the phone. Using an IFIXIT kit, nothing would work to open the SIM. I tried a sewing needle, that fit but the slot would not pop out. Save your money.

Fun Little phone!
Great little phone, makes calls and texts just fine! I love feeling like theres nothing in my pocket. Just needs a little more battery life, Recommend just using basic apps to preserve life.

Locked trash...
Do not buy this phone. NOT unlocked, Verizon only. SIM slot is near impossible to open, and tool provided is useless. Also avoid if you don't like being tethered to a charging cord. Battery life was at 37% within 15 minutes of fully charging and powering on. Literally watched it decrease almost per second.

Would not work on AT&T
I received the phone and inserted the SIM card from my AT&T device. Immediately received a text message from AT&T that the Palm phone was not supported by their network. Upon reinserting the SIM card into my original device, it would not work. Had to wait 12+ hours until AT&T Customer Service was open in order to resolve the problem.

Not unlocked as stated, won't even work on Verizon
Phone is locked to Verizon (not unlocked as stated). You can get it to semi work, make calls but no data without Wi-Fi.

Phone is not unlocked and Verizon does not support this phone but keeps it locked. It’s a waste of money.
