This walker is expensive, but it’s great lightweight does a wonderful job. Easy to push around or squeeze in tight places well worth the money.

The safest, lightest, best designed rollator ever.
This is truly an engineering marvel, congratulations to the engineers who spent so much time to get it right. Here are the features. First off, it is incredibly light at 10.5 pounds, but it feels even lighter because there are no external knobs, bolt heads, and wires that litter the surfaces of a regular rollator. You can grab it anywhere on its smooth structural side truss and lift it easily. It will not snag on anything. If you have ever loaded two regular rollators on top of each other it is difficult to get them apart when unloading, the Acre rollator will never have that issue. Second: the wheels are first class, they are larger than the cheap rollators and the tires are made of a rubber that will absorb the impact of a sidewalk crack or object on the sidewalk, and between the size of the wheel and the rubber compound, it will roll right over things that would bring other rollators to to a slamming halt. A big safety issue in my opinion. Third: the rigidity of this unit is amazing and it will never change, it is easily 5 times stiffer than a regular rollator. Just grab a standard rollator and try to twist it with wheels locked. It will twist 2 to 3 inches, and that is if all the dozen bolts are tight, the Acre doesn't twist, and there are no bolts to loosen up.. This is subtle but can make a big safety improvement when unexpected bumps happen. Cars are always trying to improve their suspension performance by becoming stiffer, so should rollators. Four: This one is subtle but incredibly clever. My mom complained that it didn't turn as easily as her old rollator. The issue is that if you lean on it and try to turn it instantly, it resists the turn. This felt odd to my mom, if she would turn while walking, or not lean on the walker when doing a quick turn it was no problem. Somehow, Acre has figured out how to resist unintended trips and falls by very clever angles and caster. If you trip off center with a regular rollator it will zip sideways and not provide support. The Acre rollator will give you enough time to catch your balance. The geometry also encourages good balance in turns, it subtly teaches good technique, and is smooth as silk to operate. Fifth: The folding mechanism is really well thought out, it folds easily and even better it unfolds and locks in place with just a little downward pressure on the sides of the seat. Something my mother can do easily, a big safety plus. Final thoughts: This replaced a 10 pound 3 wheel rollator which was scary as heck. She had one fall already when the front wheel turned sideways on a threshold because she didn't pay close enough attention, at 86 these things happen, but she wouldn't use anything else because they weigh 4 to 8 pounds more. This is the same 10 pound weight so she is happy that she can lift it, and I don't worry about a hospital trip. Yes, this is an expensive unit but it gets used every day, and the design is exquisite, it is safe and it is really a good looking work of very functional art. Like a high end luxury car, it keeps you safe and you are proud to own it.

We are massively impressed!
My husband and I don't often write reviews (yet, we often read them before purchasing - go figure). But we feel compelled to take the time to do so regarding the ACRE Carbon Ultralight Rollator Walker. We are SO HAPPY with our decision to choose this model for it's ease of movement, sturdy and classy design, and light weight (which makes it SO easy to load it in and out of the car). It also seems to encourage one to walk more upright than our old walker, and it handles really well in the snow-covered sidewalks. It appears as though everything was well thought out regarding the design and function, including the box in which it is shipped! All we did was open the box, removed the walker, and expanded the handles. That was it. This walker is pretty expense compared to other walkers on the market, but we are so impressed with the quality we know we made the right decision. A couple things to consider: - We initially purchased the compact model based on the measurements of our old walker. It turned out that the space between the handles was too narrow for my husband to sit spaciously down on the seat. We exchanged it for the regular model with a wider frame (save the box!). That turned out to be a good move. - The seat isn't as deep as our old walker which made my husband a bit nervous when he first sat on it. But, it holds weight much greater then him, so he's getting used to it. I just ordered the back strap thinking it might make him feel more secure. Hope this review is helpful, Dick & Shirley from Michigan

Almost perfect rollator/walker!!
Was looking for a Walker that was extremely light and easy to use for my mother! I came across this byACRE Rollator. WOW! It is much lighter than the one my mom received from Medicare! The color I ordered, the Navy, is so vivid! It was easy to unpack! The box it came in protected the Rollator very well! It comes with a carry bag that you attach to the Rollator, an extra bungee device to keep the Rollator folded when travelling and a wrench to make the brake adjustments and to tighten any of the torque screws as recommened by the manufacturer! The only negative I would give it (the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the seat is a little high for my mom who is 5 feet tall! I wish that the seat height was as adjustable as the arm heights. The pros: the weight, the manuveurability of the rollator, the color, the brake adjustments, the parking brake and brakes. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a very light weight and stable rollator/walker!!

So light my mom can lift it.
This is a little pricey, but for traveling there is no better choice. Folds slim, super lightweight, and easy to unfold and go. I took my 88 year old mom to the east coast, and she sported around great with this. The built in seat was perfect.

Does The Trick With Style
I have had several rollators throughout the years that have helped me recover and get around when needed. I discovered this one and researched thoroughly taking the leap and purchased. It's not cheap. I'm so glad I did I took the leap. I brought it on my trip to Greece where there was an abundance of walking and much of it was on uneven and rocky pathways. This byACRE Carbon Ultralight rollater did the trick with style. The (AA)airlines allowed me to roll up to the plane where they tagged it and stowed it away and later had it waiting for me when I left the plane. So did every bus driver on each excursion I took while on my trip. It was light to handle and with the step peddle by the wheel to help with curbs it made getting around so easy. I cannot brag on this walker enough. It is light, flexible, the seat makes it so easy to sit while you wait anywhere. The wheels took a beating on this trip but the carbon light frame held up like steel. Thank you byACRE for creating this little gem!!

Too costly
Although this is a reasonably light rollator. I do not find it sturdy enough for me. I am not overweight and I am under 5 feet. I purchased the standard size. My previous rollators have been more comfortable and studier. It was very costly as well.

Great Help Light Weight!
The lightest weight of any of the rolleraters….and fits easily in my trunk or back seat! Weighs only 10 lbs /6 ounces! Very happy with this product!

Fabulous!!!
Beautiful, lightweight and made a night and day difference in compliance with my mom who refused to use her old clunky, heavy one. She says this one makes her life easier instead of harder.

Toll, aber Vorsicht bei der Größenwahl
Modell Klassisch. Musste das Teil also zurückschicken. Also gut aufpassen. Der Rollator ist schnell und einfach im Auto verstaut.

A light very well designed Rollator - impressive to look at!
Received this very well designed Rollator (the Porsche of zimmer frames!) yesterday morning, only having ordered it the previous afternoon (so less than 24 hours later). It functions very well, and its low weight is a key part of this - because I can simply lift it up (wide) steps and kerbs, where it can then support me as I climb. This is as opposed to the heavier rollators that I tested with the slightly tricky process of leaning the device backwards to angle the front wheels onto the step etc. Stability is good - I feel perfectly secure using it, which I did have concern about before ordering. But I needn’t have worried. The V shaped carbon fibre design acts as a shock absorber, flexing slightly as it moves - this adds to the stability. I have tested it on pavement and rough knobbly grass - ie it functions perfectly well off-road. I ordered the Regular Ultralight. I am a slim build male and it is a snug fit when I sit on the seat - there is not much spare space either side. I did think of buying the slimmer model, but I am glad I didn’t! The seat is perfect height for me - I am 5 foot 9 inches tall. It is very easy to adjust the handle height - just press the button on the side of the arm and pull or push the arm up or down until it clicks into place. The small bag that comes with ultralight is easy to fit. It comes with a strap if you want to carry it over your shoulder. One quibble (and it is certainly no deal breaker) is that there is no clip to keep the Ultralight folded when lifting in or out of a vehicle etc. It’s an easy fix though - using an elastic band or hair band. This is quite an expensive device, but it is the same price range as all the other carbon fibre Rollators - and compared to the three I tested in the local disability shop it is not only the best visual design but it also the lightest. The Which Best Buy (as claimed by the salesman) in the shop was almost twice the weight of the Ultralight!
