Smaller than expected but still a nice pin.
It's smaller than expected. I was anticipating a pin the size of about a quarter but the real thing is about as large as a dime. The "mechanism" for pinning the pin on is a sort of "latch" type pin where you hook the sharp point through a small loop on the back. Still, overall, the pin itself is very nice quality.

Nice, solid pin!
I bought this to add to my jacket during a Disney World trip and it was a nice, solid enamel pin that fit in well with my official Disney pins and a few other unofficial ones! There was a small chip off the blue ring of the shield but it was hardly noticeable. Still 5 stars.

This pin is just as it looks and is about the size of a quarter.
I had crafted a drawing journal with page pockets in an Avengers theme for my nephew and needed something to hold the book closed when not in use or being carried so some of his paper scraps wouldn't fall out. I wanted to use a piece of black elastic and I used asked my mother to attach this pin for the elastic to loop around. The pin is as it looks in the picture and is about the size of a quarter or slightly larger. Anyway, my nephew loved the book.

Beautiful and good quality. Not what I wanted though so I should of read the description better. Not worth the trouble to return it.

heavy thick pin. Yes, it would of been better if it had a real pin needle instead of a safety pin in the back, but, still very pleased with how it looks and heavy it feels.

I thought it would look great on my leather Motorcycle vest
NOT A LAPEL PIN!! I should have read the reviews before buying this. I thought it would look great on my leather Motorcycle vest, and if it had a post style fastener like a true lapel pin, it would have. But I can't fasten this to the vest because it has a flimsy safety pin style fastener.
