My children and us adults/parents all love this game. We also have the Dreamworks version and play both often- but this one is better. The Disney characters are more well known, and the spaces are larger and easier to navigate than the Dreamworks version. This Disney game is definitely a family favorite because it is playable by all ages and is actually still fun for older children without boring them (unlike other games toddlers can play, such as Candy Land or High Ho Cherry O). The board is huge- it's as tall as long as my 6 ft husband if he lays next to it! For this reason, we typically break it in half and put it side by side to form a large square in the middle of our table instead of keeping it in the long thin line on the floor as intended. This game is easy enough to play for any age group, as long as the child can count to 10. My toddler daughter played it even before she could count on her own, and we just helped her with the counting of spaces when moving her pawn. She could still participate in the finding of objects, and it helped her learn what certain objects were that she didn't know before (barrel, musical note, anchor, etc.). It is so much fun to search for the hidden objects and see who can find the most! We've played it both as individuals and on teams. There are many objects to find and the board is huge, making it nearly impossible to memorize the location of certain objects for next time. I would recommend this game to anyone with children of any age, toddler and up! My toddler also enjoys the "travel" card version of this game.

Our kids loved the Eye Found It! card game so we decided to give this board game a chance. We have young competitive kids so board games have a tendency to get contentious. Competition is fine, and perhaps good experience for young kids, but sometimes it's desirable to have a calmer more soothing evening's entertainment. The joy of this game is that it's collaborative - you work as a team and everyone wins or loses together (also good experience for young kids). The game itself is fun and easy to understand and accessible for kids of all ages. The board is pretty large so just make sure you have enough table/floor space. Really like this game!

Bought this on sale for a 4yo's Christmas gift. It has quickly become a family favorite. First, the gameboard is long, but the kid loved finding familiar Disney characters and other hidden item. The gameplay isn't too long, but the advertised 15 minutes would be a speed run: expect 30-45m if playing with littles. Gameplay is cooperative as everyone tries to escape the board before Maleficent casts her spell. Be prepared for a bit of a challenge, though, as we lost our first 3 or 4 games. That did make victory that much more exciting, though Overall, it's a fun family game, great for littles, with decent replayability. Just know it’ll take a bit longer than the box says and be prepared to crawl around the floor if you don't have a very large table.

This is such a fun game. My family and I are happy with it. It is easy to set up and it is easy to understand for my kindergartener.

Coming from a fairly heavy board gaming family, I've been introducing games to my kids at a young age - in hopes of working our way up quickly to the more complex Euro-games my wife and I like to play. Still, at age three, my daughter has mostly been playing "Go Away Monster," "Candyland," and "Chutes and Ladders." She loves them, but has a little bit of a hard time following the rules and staying focused - mostly because the games are so one dimensional that she gets bored (either moving her pieces around the board gets boring, or pulling pieces out of a bag gets boring - games often devolve into a new game she makes up - which is awesome in it own right, but we still want her to learn to play a game to completion). In addition she is a huge Disney fanatic and a huge fan of the finding things puzzles in magazines like Highlights. So I figured I'd give this a try. For the first time, she was able to follow the games rules nearly perfectly. The variety of finding different items really held her interest (and believe it or not, mine too - even if it was just partly due to the joy of watching her). Even though it recommends ages four and up, the rules (listed on one small sheet of paper) are simple enough for a three year old. They basically involve spinning a spinner, moving a playing piece and finding things. From a game standpoint, the different items you need to find can be easy (there are so many flags on castles, when she had to find a flag it was a piece of cake - and we were lucky that was the first thing we drew - it was a good starter) to difficult (for children at least - those mailboxes can be tiny - but all the items are fairly easy to find for adults). So it really was a perfect spread for a three year old. The major con I have is that the game projects to take quite a long time. Take away the finding things aspect and the game boils down to moving your piece around the board (a la Chutes and Ladders), but in this case the board is huge. That's great for the finding things aspect - but tough from a we want to finish the game in 1/2 an hour with our kids aspect. Still, we simply cut the game short - mostly because it was time for bed. Our daughter was still completely engrossed at the end and would have kept playing... While it may not be the best game out there for young children, it has certainly earned a place on our game shelf.

Good quality. My 3 year old grandson loves it. It keeps him engaged for a long time.

Perfect for family game time in the evenings...my four year old enjoys the game and generally calls us "slow pokes" if we lag behind in race to reach the castle! We do a high five every time we make it to the castle before the clock strikes 12.. We divide the board for searching and he does manage to find couple of objects every time! Overall a good time spent ... so a thumbs up for the game!

Very disappointed and upset. Me and my wife ordered this as a Christmas present for our daughter and it was clearly a used and previously returned item. The box was damaged on arrival and had obviously been opened by someone else in the past. While the condition of the box isn't my biggest concern, it did immediately make me think this could be a returned item. My fears were confirmed when not only did I find somebody else's hair inside the package, but once I checked the playing board itself I found a section had been ripped off. While the game is still playable in this condition, it is frustrating to find this kind of negligence when all you want is the best for your children at Christmas. I for one do not expect this kind of service and will not be ordering from you again!
