I've used these for years. Am not much of a morning person and these are perfect to jumpstart myself in the mornings, or for an afternoon pick me up when the day is dragging. I stopped drinking coffee/energy drinks for maybe 2-3 years. Mainly because I hate coffee and I associate energy drinks with a traumatic time in my life. I have what I believe is diagnosed ADHD which I never treated because I was indoctrinated to believe it's not a crutch/disability that needs to be treated with medication. Unfortunately I am not at a place where I can have that treated because I don't have insurance atm and doctors are not too keen on just handing out adhd meds to adults without a full diagnosis. I have taken a few of these caffeine pills over the weekend to see how they work and I have to say I feel very productive. I started writing fan fiction nonstop. No more brain fog, no more wanting to just rot away in bed. The reason I looked into caffeine pills was because I was playing video games and started to feel sleepy and unable to focus on cutscenes. Imagine not having the energy to just sit around and play a game, pathetic. If you're like me I would probably only one of these when you need to lock in and stay productive. I took one pill at noon and that kept me up till 8am the next day. I can imagine it's very easy to get addicted to this stuff and it would stop being as effective. If you regularly consume caffeinated products these can probably just replace your cup of coffee in the morning. A cup of coffee has made me lock in this much and I would crash a few hours later and need more. This stuff is pure caffeine that had me locked in for almost 18 hours straight. I am planning on taking some courses soon so I'm hyped to utilize these pills.

As someone who has been taking pre workouts for over 14 years, I figured it was time to take a break or ultimately quit it completely.
