I'm not as forgetful as I've been since I've been using this. I wanted to get more but I see it's DOUBLE the price in a month.

This helps me focus so much better than coffee...I go to school, homeschool my kids and work part-time, so I am always dragging to some degree. This does not taste like mushrooms, and you fix it like you would your normal coffee (cream, sugar etc.) I have not had any negative side effects and have been drinking it pretty regularly for about six years. To start it’s much smaller than I was expecting and then it’s only half full. So I feel it’s over priced for the amount you’re getting. Which is why I’m giving 4/5 stars. I recommend if you put this in your coffee, put in the powder first, hot coffee on top & stir. Then add ice or creamer. Otherwise it doesn’t blend and you will get pockets of powder that taste nasty. When blended right, you can’t taste it. Overall, I think it does help with focus. I have adhd and have tried Adderall. I tried only lions mane and it didn’t work. So I was skeptical this would work. But this it a great alternative to medication. It’s not as strong of a feeling like medication of course, but it does have a gradual focus without the jittery feeling and I’m able to sleep!

My son does so well on this product! He is 11 years old and was having hyperactivity, poor grades in school, and behavioral issues. I had tried other supplements (omega 3, L -theanine, lemon balm, magnesium, and couple others), and nothing seemed to help. I found a mom whose child was audhd, and she started this worked really well for her kiddo in coffee. So I tried only coffee to see if that would help, and it did not. However pairing coffees with this product has been a serious game changer. My son has been improving in school, academically and I have not had from the school about any more behavioral issues. When he is at home, he is more relaxed, and can actually articulate what he's thinking and feeling without the outbursts, majority of the time. He feels more confident in himself, and this has just been great for him.

Love this particular mushroom powder for focus and mental stamina. Incan tell a difference between this one and another brand that is a multi-mushroom blend. I use whichever one I need each day. I add mushroom powder to my morning coffee. Easy peasy Caffeine + 🍄 + L-theanine = ADD hack.

The good: doesn't taste bad and dissolves well even in cold water. Mushrooms are good for you and this is convenient. The bad: they need to use a smaller package. Because the amount needed is so small, the tall container makes it nearly impossible to get the last scoops out. The indifferent: I experienced no noticeable improvement in focus or energy. Probably will not purchase again. No recommendations for anything else that might be better.

You continue changing the product. Now my protect blend is "gut health", not sure how you make a change like that without it impacting the actual blend... and you moved to these packets and away from the tins, interestingly, I have my old tin, checked the old ingredients, and your mg's on mushroom went down to 25 from 40! The new packages have even less in them than the previous ones. You're taking advantage of loyal customers, I am going to make a switch. $22 for what appears to be 15 doses, not acceptable. I used to get 2/3 of a good size tin which was like 40 doses for $16. **** update**** After starting the new blend, I have terrible hives all over my body!! What did you do. I absolutely loved the other blend it was my go to daily. I am so displeased I can no longer use the product!

Most Important: highly beneficial for focus. Expensive, but worth it, in my opinion. Flavor is decent. Easy to use. Every morning, I drink 20oz of cold water with: . Athletic Greens (a multinutrient probiotic mix) . Four Sigmatic FOCUS . Four Sigmatic DEFEND in a Blender Bottle shaken with ice. An expensive, but necessary (for me) elixir. I'm a 69 year-old software developer. I can't afford to be absent-minded or daydream on the job. I optimize whatever whenever I can to maintain quality of life, including an above average paying job with benefits. However that job comes with...you guessed it... stress in the form of tight deadlines and expectations of perfect outcomes. I have a coworker who occasionally mentioned his brain fog. He definitely is foggy at times in a funny cute way. Aren't we all, especially when our sleep or nutrition or exercise isn't what it could be? There's nothing cute or funny though about brain fog when it comes to your livelihood being at stake! The last time my friend mentioned his brain fog, I told him about shrooms and Four Sigmatic FOCUS. A couple of months later, he said he'd gotten some FOCUS and was it ever expensive! Yes, I agreed. He also said it seemed to be working for him. Later he asked if I thought it was a placebo effect. I told him he has to figure that out for himself. Last week he said he ran out and freaked because his brain fog was back! He sent for an expedited order of FOCUS. He realized it wasn't a placebo after all. I've used both Four Sigmatic FOCUS and Four Sigmatic DEFEND for a year now. I have meditated, exercised, and eaten well for years. But since I added Four Sigmatic FOCUS & DEFEND, there's been a significant boost in well-being, confidence and clarity of mind. I recommend it highly.
