Very disappointing to open my package to find that there were only 23 sachets instead of the 30 that should come in the box. The box looked like it had been opened but was in a plastic bag.

A not well known use for these are at night, before bed to support your nervous system and para sympathetic nervous system to get good sleep. I take one before getting into bed. I wake up a few hours later I take another one. You need scissors to cut a sachet open, no big deal. I keep a small pair inside the box on my night table.

The product is good, but the box arrived damaged. All of the sockets are present though, so no complaints on that.
