The 2019 Head Kore 105 skis are freeride oriented skis that have little to no top end. The whole idea of going skiing is to have a good time, and the 2019 Head Kore 105 skis are just the tool to get that done. At 105 mm, the Kore 105 can handle a lot of deep snow, but they can also perform really well on the groomers. Head has done a great job in building a lightweight expert ski that can handle a lot of different terrain in a professional manner. They're on the wide side for tight moguls, but for steeps, bowls, and trees, the Kore 105 is an absolute blast. With a Karuba wood core and Graphene/Koroyd/Carbon inlays, the skis have a stiff and strong backbone. The topless tech topsheet is interesting, because they don't put on a separate topsheet, it's just part of the ski. This is another area where Head has succeeded in making a lightweight expert ski. For a ski without metal, the Kore 105 can really hold its own with more race-room construction type skis. For a playful feel, Head has incorporated tip and tail rocker to make soft snow skiing more fun. On-trail, the camber underfoot holds a tremendous edge. You can feel the ski hook up and exit the turn with authority. As a result, the Kore 105 is a supremely versatile expert ski that is a lot lighter than a traditional expert freeride ski.Features:Sidecut: 135/105/125 mm at 180 cm LengthTurn Radius: 17.8 meters at 180 cm LengthKaruba Wood CoreGraphene/Koroyd/Carbon LayeringTopless TechAbility Level: Expert Skiers
