I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and for years I was using a product that is not sold in stores and comes delivered, weighing only 4 pounds. I used this for years, but their prices recently went up and they weren’t cheap to begin with. I recently had a billing issue that was not resolved to my satisfaction, so I decided to just look for something else, and I’m very glad that I found this one! Yes, it’s a 15-pound jug, but it comes right to my door and I am able to bring it into the condo and then into the laundry room, where I dump quite a bit of the jug in to start for the month, then just pour and replace as I go. I feel that this product is excellent at odor control; my home does not smell like I have a cat or kitty litter in it, and while I would even be okay with a little bit of odor just in the laundry room where the litter box is kept, there is none! This product is also great at preventing tracking; despite having mats in front of the litter box, I always had a problem with other brands of litter creating dust and litter particles all over my laundry room and hallway. But since trying this litter, there is none! I mean NONE! I’m not sure how that’s possible, but I’m just grateful that it’s true. It clumps beautifully — everything holds together well, but it doesn’t turn into freaking cement, which was the problem with another brand that I tried in between my old brand and this one. (Again, with fibromyalgia and arthritis, I could barely scoop out the other product’s cement clumps!) My cat has feline herpes and allergies, and I also have allergies, which is why I got the scent-free version, and my cat has no issues like that with this litter, nor do I. I feel better knowing that we are not breathing in a bunch of toxic chemicals. Excellent value for the money, too! If you’re looking for an all-around good kitty litter, you need to try this!

Cat’s Pride Max Power: Total Odor Control is my go-to cat litter. It has no strong smell and is not dusty. It clumps super well, and makes for easy scooping or both #1 and #2 lol. I love it so much, I have this on Subscribe & Save. I misjudged how much I needed one month and had to buy an emergency bottle of a different brand at the grocery store and was reminded of how important quality cat litter is - the store brand I bought was so dusty, it created a cloud just topping off the litter. Yuck.

We've been very happy with this kitty litter. We switched to this brand a few months ago. I wanted to wait before leaving this review. I'm the one that scoops the boxes clean each evening. We have 3 cats and 2 large boxes. I keep the area very clean. Have rubber mats as they step out of the boxes. The other big brand we used for years produced too much dust. That was my reason for switching to this one. It isn't dust free BUT it's a lot less dust. There is never any odor. I also love the pour container. The other stuff we used came in heavy cardboard boxes with a little plastic handle on top. Too heavy for me. These containers are good. We have three girls, all fixed. I also believe that makes a difference in kitty litter boxes. I've had boys before and they might spray at times and sometimes the urine smells. I have not any problems with my girls. The most important thing is to CLEAN your litter boxes every single day. Don't wait or skip a day! What if that were your toilet? How would you like it? lol yuk! I also once a week use Lysol wipes from Amazon to wipe the inside of the walls of the litter boxes to make sure they are clean and sanitary. One wipe per box works fine. I use lemon scent. When I first started buying the "Cat’s Pride Odor Control Lightweight Clumping Cat Litter with MaxPower" I thought it was great, would have given it 5 stars. It seemed to live up to its name; it was lightweight, clumped and absorbed much of the litter box odor. And it was a great value. But... lately something has changed whether in the manufacturing of the product or something else I don't know. My cat is clean and I scoop her litter box every day and never used to have lingering odors. But lately three things are happening with this litter: -- It's no longer clumps. The urine just soaks into the litter and when I try to scoop it, it just sifts through the slots in the scoop. -- Because it doesn't clump, the box gets smelly fast because the urine just saturates the litter. My cat has sure noticed the change! She likes to be clean and she used to scratch, scratch, scratch to cover her "business" before she walked out of her litterbox. Now when she pees she turns around and sniffs it then just runs away. (Although she still buries her poop). -- Aside from the odor, because the urine isn't clumping and just soaks through, it's very difficult for me to keep the litterbox clean. I've begun to have to buy a separate litter deodorizer to mix in with the smelly litter before I add fresh to the top. I'm a disabled senior citizen and can't afford to throw out all the litter every time; that's why I depend on cat litter that clumps and is easy to scoop. I'm really not just trashing the litter, the seller or the manufacturer; I'm just writing a straight-forward review. Anybody can look up all my Amazon reviews and see that they are fair and honest. The next time I buy litter I plan on researching other brands and will try something else even if it means having to pay a bit more -- if that's what it takes to make Minnie and I both happy.

My cat and I don't like artificial scent, also we are sensitive to chemical things, so I always choose Fragrance free natural litter. In this past year, we used some of other brand. But finally I found affordable, Fragrance free, Natural litter.. "Cat Price Fresh and Light" - Pro: No Fragrance. Natural. Affordable. Clamp well. Some what odor control. Very convenient ,functional package it's jag, we can close it, and easy to lift. - Con: Little dusty, but much better than other natural brand we tried. Other brand we used before. Please read before try... #1: World's best cat litter. I liked it was Natural. Pricey. Dusty. No odor control. Since this is corn, I was worry if this is attracting bugs come into house.
