These tablets are great. They completely dissolve and I think they taste great. I primarily use them before a workout or sauna session and they help keep me hydrated. Have already ordered a second time.

I was exhausted today and dehydrated. I had other products like these but the flavor was never quite there and it took me a while to drink it. This one I tried and the it tastes like carbonated water with grape. Its like grape soda without all the sugar and acidity to it. I recommend this product to anyone who works long hours or who is exhausted and needs that natural boost of energy without any caffeine or excess sugar.

These work, and produce a nice effervescent drink. They're much more compact than stocking gallons of sugar-free sports beverages. However, the flavor is weak. I add a squirt of water flavoring. That may be an advantage, since I can make up more flavor mixes.

Ive used it almost daily for hydration with or without exercise. Works great tastes good

Bought this because it was marginally cheaper than Gatorade tablets which I think are overpriced. When I got it I didn't realize each tablet makes 1/2 as much as Gatorade ones do so they're actually way more expensive than Gatorade ones and don't taste as good. They're decent tasting so 2 stars instead of 1 but bad product overall.
