Very cumfy good value for money

After being diagnosed with an Achilles issue I was advised to get heel inserts to reduce the strain on my Achilles. I’ve gone from hobbling around to bashing out a 6 mile walk today and being relatively pain free. I used two inserts in my flatter trainers and my mobility and been transformed. I find two inserts stick really well, there’s no slipping or movement when walking and the gel is so comfortable. Who knew something so simple could be so transformative.

The height could have been a bit higher and longer but they were comfortable.

These are great, 3rd lot ordered so I can have ready in all my shoes. Versatile, easy to use, good quality and they last.

Warning they are very sticky so unless you want them in a permanent shoe, use the thin plastic cover.

Poor quality and force foot out of shoe. Not fit for purpose from experience. I opened them and took sticky off, so didn't send back for refund, but should've! Disappointing..

My length discrepancy is about 1/2 inch. Before trying this one, I tried the other brand and it worked, the each layer is 1/8 and I had to use more pieces to where I want. With this one, I can use just two of them and since it comes with more pieces, I can put them in more shoes, which makes it very economical. It is very comfortable, repositioning is easy. When I am using just the silicone pieces, I put them under the insole called Summer Sole. (Summer sole doesn’t add any thickness to the insole but provide suede like feel that absorbs sweat. I have been using them for a while in all type of footwear such as sneakers, sandals. ) This heel riser sticks on very well and I don’t notice any shifting while walking. I have minor scoliosis and hip arthritis, which I am thinking originated from the uneven hip due to leg length difference. At first, the back muscles had to get used to with the even hip height and I had some discomfort at the end of the day. With this in my shoes, I can stand with both leg straight rather than one bend and it is comfortable. I am ordering the beige color one now but please bring back the black one.

Really good, comfy for feet that like cushioning effect. All are transparent and smooth, but one which is beige as in the description and has a soft texture. They seem to be gel-filled, so they didn't work for sandals where I wanted to pierce them and tie them in place, but for everything else I really like them. And for dress shoes, they're pretty invisible which is a bonus.
