Got it for my 14 year old son's birthday. Her loves it. This machine is awesome!! It's bigger and super sturdier than i thought I got the payment plan even though the ticket price is worth it i just didn't have the money right then, but i wanted my son happy. I'm always trying to save money by upgrading his computer myself. But you only can upgrade so much. My son wanted to be able to game and stream without lag. He loves it. He games and stream with no lag which gives him a little edge when gaming. I still look ahead with future upgrades and this Alienware knows what the consumer wants. Part of the insides unlocks and slide out like a tray for easy upgrade access. I'm hooked now. I'm going to get my oldest son one for Christmas or his birthday. Me and his birthday are the same month and day, so it might be for his birthday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
