Great bowls! Perfect rim on top for French onion soup. Ceramic coated on the bottom. Easy to clean and no chance of molding on the bottom. The 16 oz. Is the perfect single serving size. Nice size handles. First cook was French onion soup, and went in a 425 F oven for 20 minutes. No issues. Beautiful glaze. 👌

Honestly obsessed with these. I used them to make French Onion Soup, but now I use them all the time. They are super cute and super sturdy. I was worried about the size, but honestly they hold more than I can eat in one sitting anyway. They keep everything in them super warm as well.

Love the vivid white goes with my other dishes. It also has a beautiful size for French Onion Soup. I made my first French Onion Soup with a crusty bread and melted cheese. Put it in the oven to melt. And they performed very well. The suit came out well. It was very good and the bowls cleaned up easily.

I had been looking for substantial oven-proof bowls for making classic French Onion Soup for a long time. I feel as if I hit the jackpot when I found these! Great for chili and all sorts of soups and "stewps" (a cross between a stew and a soup :-) The 16 oz size is perfect. Two can be stacked together in the cupboard quite easily. I was also impressed at how they came packaged so securely to prevent damage during the shipping process. I originally bought four, then loved them so much I bought a second set. Whether you are a home cook or professionally trained, you won't be disappointed in the quality and versatility of these bowls.

The bowls came very well packaged and protected and arrived undamaged. The carboard box was sturdy, with foam along all sides, top and bottom. In addition, there was another layer of carboard around the bowls, and the top and bottom as well. There was a double layer of cardboard between the bowls as well. Very impressive packing. The bowls are well made, with a smooth, white finish. The bottom has a rim which is unglazed, most likely to prevent it from sliding on the table but may scratch a wood table. They are thick, and so should hold heat well. I have not tried them in the oven yet, so cannot say if they are oven safe, although they claim to be. I washed them by hand, although I think they should be safe in the top rack of a dish washer, as long as they do not touch other objects, which could chip them. Overall, an excellent set of soup bowls, which would particularly suit French Onion Soup, etc.

Love these bowls. Perfect for cereal or soup. Microwave and dishwasher proof. Stick nicely. Wish they were just a bit bigger.
