A Wonkǎẽsque powder. At around Pantone 12-0824 TCX it’s a very finely milled pale yellow. I mix it with organic banana powder, some fibre and a dash of Slimfast meal replacement (usually pretty cheap here in Amazon World). The slightly heavier banana powder helps to keep it from sticking to the size of your shaker which this dust on its own has a tendency to do. The result is a professional liquid meal that surpasses 99% of the trending but expensive shake dust such as Huel etc. Unbelievably tasty, packed full of super nutrients I’m perfect for a pre-workout shake. Highly recommended, I got my first bag half price which is the price it should really be but it’s kind of worth the full price especially if you treat it as an additive to your powder box. Fully mixed with 250g of organic banana powder, 250g of Slimfast and a small bag of fibre you have everything you need and it will last you a month and change. Big nice

Much better flavour I’ve tried the chocolate doesn’t taste like chocolate, tried the blueberry and that was awful made me feel sick so gave the banana ago and it does taste like them banana milkshakes kind of , I have them for the vitamins and fibre and protein tbh as I lack them a bit I’ve only been taking a week so not really any weight loss tbh

Very similar experience to the strawberry version in terms of convenience and how filling it was. It mixed well, was easy to prepare and worked perfectly well as a quick meal replacement when needed. The only real difference for me was the flavour. The banana version was perfectly drinkable and there was nothing wrong with it, but I personally preferred the strawberry flavour and would choose that one again given the option. As with the rest of the SlimFast range, it does what it sets out to do and comes from a well-known brand with plenty of experience in this area. If you're a fan of banana flavoured shakes you'll probably rate it more highly than I did, but for me the strawberry version remains the winner.

I'm still fat because I have the will power of a moth to a lamp. When I was younger and had will power this worked great. Lots of meal replacement shakes for a good price and nice flavours to choose from. If your contemplating this for weight loss it will work if you can stick to it. Best of luck.

Taste is lovely , I know taste is a personal thing, I've tried the others and while there ok. Banana is the best

Im so thrilled to find thos on Amazon. I didnt think it was made any more and I used to have it years ago. I love the taste, it fills me and satisfies me and I lose weight when on SlimFast ..Im very very happy now 😍

I have been doing this diet for 5 weeks and have lost 9lb. I have just ordered another 3 packs as I want to keep going and lose more. The very first time I tried the shake I had to force myself to drink it as it didn’t taste like a normal milkshake but after I’d had a few I got used to the taste and now enjoy them. I have done WW and SW in the past and found them expensive and time consuming. Buying loads of fresh fruit and veg, washing the beggars and having to find the time each week to be weighed then sit in a room full of insecure women for an hour. Plus paying the subscription fee. I get the idea of a group ethos but I never really felt it. This way suits me far better. At the current price, it works out at 50p per meal and takes seconds to make the shake. I bought two ‘Warrior’ shaker bottles from Amazon and they do the job perfectly. I make two shakes up in the morning then drink one for my breakfast and take the other to work. The bottle has never leaked and is easy to wash. It’s much easier than faffing about making a salad. Before I started the diet I sat down and worked out how I could make the most out of my 600 calorie evening meal. I mainly have jacket potato with tuna and salad or beans and ham. I use one of the 100 calorie snack allowance to cover the milk I have in my tea through the day then save the other two for evenings. Then I have frozen fruit and fat free yoghurt as a dessert. Don’t get me wrong, the actual day to day aspect isn’t easy. I’m kinda hungry every day lol. But drinking plenty of water helps and it fits in with my busy lifestyle and lack of spare money. You do need willpower to stick to it. But if you want a cheap, convenient way to lose weight and can put up with feeling peckish all the time, it’s brilliant. The first week is hard but then it becomes routine and gets easier. Rather than using skimmed milk, I use less semi skimmed and top up with water. I worked out how much I would need to water the milk down then marked the levels on the shaker bottle with a fine tip marker pen. Sorry, I can’t remember the amounts. When the pen lines start to wash off I rewrite them before they disappear altogether. You don’t get as many nutrients from semi skimmed and water than you do with skimmed milk apparently, but as I have the fat free yoghurt I figure it sort of evens itself out.

Est prix en substitution d'un repas, cale relativement bien. Je conseille de mixer les parfums pour ne pas saturer trop vite. le goût est bon mais on se lasse vite
